WE RUSH TO CRASH

Hey love,

It has been such a long while, how are you? How's your heart? How are you coping up with the sea waves of life's greatest trials and testings?

I hope you are really really doing fine. I hope you are truly doing great. I hope that amidst everything, you are still fighting.

It has been a great opportunity to write again for you, beloved.

As we all know, we are moving in a world of "instants"-instant noodles, instant message, instant coffee, and many more, name it and you have it.
We are so caught up in the thought of being in a hurry. We are so endowned with the thought of having things done according to our own timeline. That we even forgot who truly has the best, perfect and unimaginable plan for us-God.

Why are we so much in a hurry? Are we beating/meeting a deadline? Or are we in a hurry because God wanted us to meet a deadline? Or is it the other way around? Isn't it that sometimes we became in a hurry that we gave God a deadline?

We were so unsure of our future that we forgot His sure promise, "For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord , “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." (Jeremiah 29:11 NIV)

We were so full of ourselves that we forgot that His delays are not His denials. That when we rush, God crushes our plans before we could crash. He breaks us-our plans, our desires and our earthly hopes; so He could align our plans into His will. He breaks you, so He could restore you.

He wants us to have the heart of waiting. He wants us to be deeply rooted so when the storms of life comes, you will not be uprooted. He wants us to stay still and know that He is our God.

His delays are His redirection. His denials are His way of restoring you. He wants you to come back to Him, simply because you are His child.

May you be reminded that He is your Heavenly Father. And if your earthly father knows how to give good gifts, how much more would your Father in Heaven?

There's no need to rush, just surrender and believe that everything will happen according to His timeline. Re-adjust your focus. Soli deo gloria!
