Part 5: Prepared

Yoongi leaned back from his laptop, stretching before getting up.

He had a few questions but he wasn't really in the mood to talk to anyone properly, since it was his day off, so he choose not to and just went with it.

He'd just have to see what the cat was like when it got there since visiting first wasn't a option (nothing really was) but he trusted Hoseok and Namjoon so went with it.

What's the worst that can happen?

Yoongi's speciality at the rescue centre is training and working with rescues and helping them get to a point where they will want to be taken in.

If the cat was particularly bad he was prepared and more than willing to help.

When the cat arrived he would then ask the question like about medical history and more specifics on the bad back ground.

But until then he'd just chill.

Yoongi went over to his couch and sat down when his phone started to ring.

"Namjoon..." Yoongi mumbled allowed, reading the caller ID before answering after around three seconds.

"Hello?"

"Dude I hope that Namjoon I heard wasn't a end to a insult."

"You heard that?"

"Yeah."

"I just read the caller ID allowed before answering Joon, how'd you hear that before I answered."

"I don't know... I'm sure there's some consiracy for it though. Anyways not important right now. We can talk about that at 3am when neither of us can sleep."

Namjoon coughed then changed his tone of voice to a more serious one as he asked "Did you just adopt one of the 'specials' off of that site we sent you too?"

Yoongi was confused as to why he was asking or how he knew so simply said "Yes, why?"

Namjoon mumbled "Okay..." to himself before saying "I'm gonna come on my way home from work and I'm bringing Jinnie and Hobi."

Yoongi was confused but said "Sure just bring food because I wasn't planning on cooking tonight."

"Okay Yoongs, I need you to promise me something though, okay?"

"Okay?"

"You won't get mad or weirded out?"

"Why does this remind me of when you introduced me to Jin?" Yoongi said with a laugh reminiscing on how panicked his best friend was trying to calm down before Jin turned up at the house Yoongi and Hoseok crashed one night after work.

"Heyyy you would've gotten mad over Jin because I didn't tell you I liked someone-"

"And the weirded out?"

"That's because of the boys unhealthy obsession with saying puns."

"There's no issue with saying puns but there's a difference between good puns and just plain bad." Yoongi stated in a monotone voice causing Namjoon to chuckle into the phone.

"Okay Yoongs, I should get ready to leave now so we'll all see you soon. Bye hyung."

"See you soon. Bye. Bye."
