Part 42: Morning

Jimin woke up not sure if the night before was a dream or not but he didn't want to risk anything if it was.

Jimin might not know a lot about people, but he's watched enough cheesy romance films when Yoongi's been working to get the general idea of things when it came to love and all that stuff.

He knew that couples were all cuddly and cute like him and Yoongi were but with the addition of that and more and Jimin wanted that more than anything, but only with Yoongi.

Jimin would be lying if he hadn't thought about him and Yoongi being in the same position as the main characters in the films he's watched and he'd be lying more if he said he hadn't gushed about Yoongi to Jin.

In short Jimin's had a crush on Yoongi for a while now but he's never 100% been sure.

He'd never had a crush before but when he thought about Yoongi he thought something might be there which wasn't before.

Yoongi made him feel things that no one else had ever made him feel and he didn't know what they were or why but he knew one thing.

He only got those feelings around Yoongi.

Jimin still didn't know much about the world around him but he knew there was something different about his and Yoongi's relationship compared to just friends.

Even just hugging felt different.

He couldn't help but think that maybe they were meant to be something more.

Now that it was potentially an option Jimin wasn't sure what he should do because he wanted confirmation on what his feelings were from the person he trusted the most but he couldn't.

Jimin carried on lying there thinking, not noticing Yoongi starting to stir next to him.

Yoongi slowly opened his eyes when he heard a heavy sigh come from the small boy he knew was lay next to him.

He was still half asleep but he knew something was annoying the precious boy next to him so he hugged him closer to him and snuggled into his side.

Jimin wasn't expecting it and for some reason it had more of an affect than normal.

Not only was his face red but his heart was beating fast and he honestly was slightly panicking.

He didn't know if he was going to die or not.

Jimin was facing away from Yoongi so that Yoongi was back hugging him.

Apparently that position made it possible for Yoongi to realise just how fast Jimin's heart was beating because he sat up immediately.

"Are you okay Jimin? Do you have a fever?" Yoongi asked as he shot up from the bed, going over to the window to turn the light on.

Yoongi looked panicked as he quickly rushed over to Jimin again, not giving him a chance to speak as he cupped his face.

"Your hearts beating so fast and your really red. Do you have a temperature? Do you feel sick?"

Yoongi kept asking question as Jimin sat there in a mixture of shock and surprise.

Surprised his hyung noticed and shocked he looked so concerned.

The thought that he was dying crossed his mind but if that was the case why would he feel so happy?

Jimin placed his smaller hands on Yoongi's leaving his hyung speechless for a moment before he chuckled lightly.

This chuckle ended up in full on laughter with his crescent eyed smile being displayed for the world to see.

Yoongi was confused but chuckled too since Jimin's laugh was contagious.

Jimin's hand slid down Yoongi's arm and Yoongi's caressed Jimin's cheek.

They both looked into each other's eyes getting lost for a moment until Yoongi suddenly pulled away.

"Um a-are you okay?" Yoongi asked again, coughing awkwardly.

Jimin paused for a moment feeling sad but quickly his it as he nodded.

"Yeah i'm fine hyung... my heart just... yeah..."

Jimin was kind of at a loss for words now after what just happened since he was kind of left speechless.

His heart hurt now but it was different than it beating quickly before.

"M-maybe try and get some more sleep Jiminie... yeah... That might help..." Yoongi said running his hands through his hair.

"I'm gonna go take a cold shower and think, you get more sleep." Yoongi said reaching forward to ruffle Jimin's hair but stopped himself before he did.

Jimin just nodded lying back down as Yoongi left, both being left with the thought of "Did that nearly happen?"
