Part 19: Jimin Vs Water

Yoongi carried Jimin into the dreaded bathroom and placed him on the closed toilet seat before making his way over to the large bathtub which looked like it had came from a spa.

He began to run the water, glancing over his shoulder to check on the frozen in place Jimin who was staring at the tap mortified.

He was doing better than Yoongi thought he would s he turned back to the bath to keep an eye on it for a moment before moving over to the cabinets under the sinks, pulling out a bottle of something Jimin didn't know what it was.

He then proceeded to pour some of it into the water and threw in a pink bath bomb from a basket he had which didn't taste like strawberry even though it smelt like it.

The bubbles were slowly forming and the bath bomb was dissolving making the water look a lot less like water and more like juice which he knew Jimin could handle so he held his hand out for the boy to get him to go over.

Jimin didn't move however, instead just staring at Yoongi's outstretched hand.

Yoongi sighed turning the tap down slightly before going over and pulling Jimin up by the hand and bringing him closer to bathtub until Jimin stopped completely and began to pull back.

Yoongi instantly stopped walking forward and said "Don't you trust me?" causing Jimin to reluctantly let himself be brought forward.

Yoongi had been nice to him and patient this whole time so why would he change now and try and hurt Jimin...

unless...

He secretely was a extremely attractive water demon who was just trying to lure Jimin into the water to drown him so he could have a dead Jiminie for dinner...

But Yoongi wouldn't do that, he was human and demons don't exist.

But then again Jimin is a cat hybrid...

No.

Min Yoongi was not a water demon, even if his looks and ability to calm Jimin down were unnatural.

Jimin being lost in his thoughts didn't realise Yoongi had pulled him all the way to the bathtub until he heard a sploosh in front of him which was Yoongi running his hand through the liquid in the bathtub.

Jimin flinched at the sound and was about to pull away but before he could Yoongi captured him by the waist.

Maybe he was a water demon...

Yoongi re-positioned himself behind Jimin to try and stop Jimin from backing away from the tub and slowly moved forward pushing Jimin lightly so he could see in the tub.

"Look Jiminie." Yoongi said softly into his ear from behind him feeling a slight chill travel down his spine.

Jimin was reluctant but opened one eye peaking down at the water before fully diving forward so he could see the contents because, to his up most surprised, it didn't look like water.

The pink colour and bubbles made it look less scary and Jimin was completely fascinated by how it changed colour and by how the bubbles were there.

His fear quickly faded into a secondary thought as his curiosity took over and he reached forward.

However, the minute Jimin's fingers touched the water he threw himself back wards causing both him and Yoongi to fall on the floor.

It might've looked different but it was still the same hot liquid he hated whole heartedly.

Jimin hissed at the tub as he fully went alert causing Yoongi to chuckle but not make any sudden moves.

He couldn't help but chuckle because Jimin was the least intimidating person Yoongi had ever seen but he also knew better than to approach a cat when it's on guard which is how he may have ended up with a few scratches in the past.

Jimin wasn't really thinking when he pounced at the water but he immediately freaked out when he felt himself being covered in water.

Yoongi's heart stopped for a moment in utter shock not prepared for the heart curdling scream that came from the boy before loud sobs sounded from him.

He shot up and ran to the tub as fast as he could, scooping Jimin up in to his arm s and lifting him out in one swift movement.

Jimin basically sounded like he was being murdered and Yoongi didn't know what to do.

Jimin was already wet now, and so was he, so he debated for a minute if he should put Jimin in or not since Jin said this was how he reacted and now his heart was basically shattered so he may as well get it done.

"Shh, it's okay Jiminie. It's okay. The water didn't hurt you did it? it was just a bit scary because it was sudden. It's okay..." Yoongi said as he thought hard about what he should do, trying to think quick because with every second that passed Yoongi was getting wetter because of Jimin.

He reached for a towel which he laid out earlier that day and brought it over Jimin's legs as he pulled the jumper up and over the small boys head.

Jimin just let him do it hating how the clothes felt but still trying to calm down because he water fought back.

Yoongi lifted the towel and wrapped it around Jimin like a blanket and reached up to turn the tap off.

Even though he was drenched now too he made sure to make Jimin the priority.

He stayed there with Jimin until the cries became whimpers and he looked up at the bathtub then back down to the boy.

Maybe Jimin wouldn't be scared if he saw it couldn't hurt him?
