Part 47: Date

"Jiminie how do you feel about me taking you out on a date to try and make it up to you?" Yoongi asked suddenly one day during breakfast.

It had been a few weeks since they 'confessed' and nothing really came from it until now.

Jimin choked on his cereal with wide eyes that Yoongi actually asked before nodding rapidly, still choking but excited.

Yoongi got up from where he was sat quickly and handed Jimin his drink as he rubbed circles into his back to try and help - which he wasn't sure if it was working or not but deemed it worth a shot.

Once Jimin had finished he dived onto Yoongi causing them both to fall onto the floor with a thud, excitedly saying "Yes please." With the brightest smile he could muster.

Yoongi nodded as he pushed Jimin's fringe back, lightly pressing a kiss onto his head before instructing "Seokjin Hyung already choose some clothes for you since I told him my plans so there's a bag in the back of the closet. It also has a few gifts so once you've finished breakfast you can go look-"

"Finished!"

Yoongi pauses for a moment before glancing over at the empty bowl mumbling to himself "I'm surprised you didn't choke sooner." Because of how quickly Jimin ate.

Ruffling Jimin's hair and saying "You best go get ready then."

Jimin nodded with an excited smile before jumping up and setting out on his mission of putting on the clothes Jin choose.

What Jimin found was a striped long sleeved shirt with a fluffy blue cardigan, blue ripped distressed jean shorts, long white socks and green converse.

It was all easy to get into with Jimin not having to mess with the button to get into the pants because they had good pull.

He skipped out of the closet to be met by a shirtless Min Yoongi who was fighting to pull his pants up because of the muscle he gained from carrying Jimin around.

Jimin's face instantly went red and he was ready to run away when he heard Yoongi say "You look adorable Jiminie."

Jimin peaked from behind his hands which were covering his eyes to see Yoongi had successfully managed to get his pants on.

Yoongi noticed Jimin's shyness so commented "We both know this isn't the first time you've seen me topless Jimin, don't hide your pretty face."

Jimin took his slip on shoe off and threw it at Yoongi with a pout as Yoongi chuckled at his reaction.

He chuckled even more when Jimin defended "The context was different!" Which Yoongi knew was a load of bull.

Yoongi retorted "The context when I'm in just shorts or the context when you peek when you think I think your asleep? Hmmm?" Earning a squeal from Jimin who hid his face fully again.

Yoongi abandoned the idea of a shirt as he went over to Jimin and back hugged him, swaying slightly as he sang "You've been caught~"

Jimin whined "hyunggggggg~" as Yoongi continued to tease him saying "You know if you wanted to see you could've just looked, I wouldn't have minded. You could've even maybe taken a picture, it'd last longer."

Jimin lightly patted Yoongi's arms and said "Go put your shirt on." Trying to avoid the topic anymore.

But Yoongi wouldn't let it happen that easily.

"So you want me to a shirt on now but not when you think your being sneaky? I see how it is. I know what games your playing Park Jimin."

Jimin's ear started to turn red so that's when Yoongi decided he should stop.

He kissed Jimin's head one more time before going over and putting his shirt on.

Yoongi was wearing black jean shorts, a black and white striped shirt and a blue coat when they left the house hand in hand.

Jimin didn't feel to bad about leaving the house now because he had been going out with Jin, Jungkook and Taehyung when Yoongi was being distant so he could talk about Yoongi without getting caught so now it was easier for him to just go but he still took advantage of the situation and held tightly onto his favourite hyungs hand.

Yoongi noticed Jimin's boost in confidence so smiled to himself taking mental note to treat him later.

They both got into Yoongi's car and when they were almost there Yoongi had told Jimin to close his eyes so that he'd be surprised when they finally got there.

So Jimin did.

They drove for a few more minutes before Yoongi stopped the car but he instructed Jimin to keep his eyes closed.

Instead on just taking Jimin's hand he decided to be extra and 'sweep Jimin off of his feet' literally and lifted him out of the car causing the hybrid boy to burst out into a fit of giggles.

Jimin's hat almost fell off once or twice and his tail nearly slipped from under his shirt because he was wriggling so much but Yoongi didn't really care if it happened or not because he'd protect Jimin from people no matter what happened.

After a few minutes of walking he placed Jimin down on what felt like metal and moved so he was stood behind him, placing his hands over Jimin's closed eyes.

"Tell me what you can hear, smell, taste and touch. Weird order but who cares." Yoongi said with a light chuckle, making sure Jimin couldn't see.

Jimin hummed for a minute as he kicked his feet around, tilting his head as he thought before shooting it straight back up and confidently saying "I smell and taste salt. I can hear people and... crunching when I stand on this... grainy? Stuff anddddd I can hear like a distant sploshing of water in the bath when I'm trying to get out."

Yoongi smiled lightly but hurt into laughter when Jimin shouted "AM I STOOD ON SALT!?"

He kissed the back of Jimin's head and said "Nope, but before you open your eyes your going to have to promise me you'll give this a shot for me... please?"

Jimin started to feel more nervous than excitement now but still held up his pinky saying "Promise." As Yoongi took it in his own and pulled away slowly.

"You can open your eyes now Jiminie."
