Lyanna walked through the gardens, she needed some time to think.
Had she made the right choice? Declining both Robb Stark and Loras Tyrell…
It was now too late to change her mind, she knew that, but who was left that was suited for her? There weren’t many men left in the Kingdom with the right family name, and that wasn’t already part of the family.
“Maybe I should throw myself into the dornish lands.” Lyanna whispers to herself, then she looked around if anyone heard it.
Of course she knew there were enough spies that were following her. There was no such thing as secrecy in the Capital, unless you were in a locked room with no windows.
Lyanna was completely lost in her mind so when she bumped into someone she felt like she woke up from some trance.
“I’m sorry.” She says and she find the person she walked into was Arya.
“It’s OK, Lyanna! I was just chasing this cat, I should have watched out myself.” She says and I frown at her in confusion, “My dancing master says that we can learn a lot from how a cat moves and you should study them by trying to catch them.”
“Alright, watch out next time, little one.” Lyamna chuckles and she went through Arya’s hair which resulted into her frowning. Then Arya shrugged and started to chase behind the cat again.

“A lady like you shouldn’t walk these gardens alone.” Lyanna turns around to look at hey uncle.
“Uncle Jaime, last time I checked I was a princess, not a lady.” Lyanna says with a small smirk.
“Oh yes, you’re completely right, so where is your little guard?” He asks her as he looks around, everyone was so used of Ser Godric following her around everywhere that it was hard to believe he wasn’t lurking around somewhere nearby.
Lyanna looks at her uncle, inspecting him. “But what are you doing here anyways, uncle.” She asks him.
“Doing my duty as both kingsguard and uncle, to keep the princess safe.” Jaime says with a short laugh.
“Save from what? There’s nothing here.” Lyanna chuckles.
“You never know what kind of danger is lying ahead of you, Lyanna.” He notices, and Lyanna looks at him, “but you’re probably right.”
“I don’t have much else to do,” Lyanna says, “I’ve finished my book already and I don’t know which one to read now. I’m not allowed to practise on my own, they don’t let me leave the Red Keep without an escort and honestly, I don’t have friends.”
“You’ve got plenty of friends.” He says, but then he thought about it, he never saw her with anyone but Ser Godric.
“I don’t.” She confirms and she gives her uncle a sad smile, “I never had the chance to.”
There was a long silence between the two of them, in which Jaime did escort her back into the Keep.

“Ah, princess there you are. I was looking everywhere for you.” Ser Godric says and he inspected Lyanna.
“Not good enough, I found this one wandering through the gardens.” Ser Jaime says and to this Lyanna sighs, she hates that she couldn’t go anywhere without being followed or seen. It made her want to sneak off more than anything.
“It was a pleasure to speak with you, Uncle.” Lyanna says and she gives Jaime a small nod. He gives her a smile and starts to walk away.
“My princess-” Ser Godric starts, but Lyanna already interfered with him.
“We need to talk, like friend to friend.” She says and Ser Godric just give a firm nod.
“What is wrong, my princess.” He asks and she sighs.
“I think I’m lonely. I don’t have any friends here other than you.” She explains and she looks at him, he felt sorry for her, but he knew he had no other friends either, and he felt really bad about being so jealous back in Winterfell, she was happy there, she had a friend there.
“Maybe you should write your friend, the Stark-boy. Tell him you miss him.” Ser Godric says and Lyanna sighs.
“I just- I need to be around people I can have a laugh with. Now with Tyrion gone, Jaime busy, father being drunk and you always in service.” She starts, “I have nobody.”
“Maybe the Stark girls would brighten up your mood.” He suggests.
“I hardly think so, Sansa haven’t spoke a word to me since we arrived, and Arya… Arya is too busy chasing cats.” She says and she let out a small chuckle as she thought about the youngest Stark girl.
“What about Littlefinger? You’ve spend much time with him before, what changed?” Ser Godric asks.
“Nothing. He’s not my friend, Lord Baelish doesn’t have friends.” She says.
“Princess, you’re being rude.” He says softly.
Lyanna just shrugged, she wasn’t being rude, she was being right. She knew she had no friends, and he should accept that.
