"Damn, so he let you go huh?" Rocky said, they were walking home. Tyler had told them everything that happened—not really, just that the principal let him go.

"Whatever nigga, better than what I thought would happen."

"What about prom though? We was really gonna go." Jasper sighed.

"Nigga who cares about prom, damn. We could go smoke or something," Rocky said, shoving Jasper.

They all said their goodbye's as they reached their neighborhood.

"I got hella homework I gotta do. Y'all wanna go skate later?" Taco began walking to his house.

"I'll let y'all know. My mom's mad as fuck." Tyler sighed.

They nodded.

Tyler began walking to his house, and reached the front door before he realized his mom wasn't home yet. He bit his lip, turning around slightly to make sure his friends were gone.
He looked the other way, and realized Wyatt was probably home by now.

"Fuck it," He breathed, making his way over to his, quickly.

He took a deep breath before ringing the doorbell.

"Tyler! how are you?" It was Wyatt's mom.

He was surprised by her reaction; he expected worse.

"Uh, i'm good. Is Wyatt home?"

"Yeah, upstairs. He's resting. I just feel so powerless. That bully—God, he really messed Wyatt up," She took a step back, "Anyway, he's upstairs, if you want to go cheer him up." She smiled, letting him through.

So Wyatt never told them who it was. Fuck, it made Tyler feel even worse.

"Hey, it's me," Tyler knocked on the door, waiting for a reply, but there was none. Tyler sighed, opening the doorknob.

"Wyatt?"

He seemed to be asleep in his bed. He turned though, rolling his eyes as he woke.

"What're you doing?" He wiped his eyes.

"I came to check up on you."

Tyler closed the door behind him as he walked over, sitting on the edge of the bed.

"I'm fine. There's nothing to check up on." Wyatt grabbed the covers and put them up to his face again.

"Okay? I still have questions."

"I already told you what happened with Joey."

"That's his name?" Tyler let out a laugh.

"Shut up," Wyatt slightly smiled.

"So it was true? You were really fucking with me that whole time?"

Wyatt sighed, he sat up on the bed.

"I just thought we weren't gonna go anywhere. I thought I was just a phase for you, like, it didn't mean anything. I didn't think my feelings were gonna last this long, T. But after we broke it off, I went back to him. I needed to distract myself from you—,"

"Wyatt–,"

"No, Tyler. I think these feelings won't ever go away. No matter how many times I'm with Joey or how many times we fuck, I always picture you. I literally can't stop thinking about you."

Tyler looked down, it was music to his ears. He felt the same.

"You sound so fucking corny," Tyler looked up, they both let out a laugh.

"I'm serious." Wyatt cut.

"I know."

Wyatt pulled on Tyler's arm.

"I missed you," Wyatt breathed.

Tyler looked at him, his eyes tracing Wyatt's every feature. He looked so soft, so sweet and innocent. Tyler inched closer, he let his hand rest on Wyatt's right cheek. His thumb traced his lips. Tyler pulled him in, their lips touching lightly before Wyatt winced in pain. His bruised lip had yet to heal.

"Shit," Tyler pulled away as Wyatt held onto his lip.

"Sorry I punched your lip."

"It's okay. Your loss. You won't get to kiss me until it's healed," Wyatt playfully smiled.

Tyler bit his lip, annoyed that it was true.

"You still with Amanda?" T suddenly asked, breaking the silence.

"Mhmm. She fucking hates you," Wyatt laughed again. T joined in. He felt a sense of jealousy thinking about Amanda. But he always did. Anyone who wasn't him and got close to Wyatt seemed to anger him.

"I fucking hate her too."

"It's all fake, remember that."

"It's so fucking annoying having to see you with her all the time."

"You don't think I feel the same?" Wyatt looked at T softly.

"Whatever," Tyler got up from the bed, adjusting himself.

"When am I gonna see you again?" Wyatt asked.

Tyler's knuckles pressed against the bed as he inched closer to Wyatt's lips. They were so close.

"I'll see you around. Can't kiss you anyway. I have to let you heal, remember?" Tyler smiled, moving away.

He left Wyatt wanting more.
