HARRY'S POV

Today is Saturday, Eric's nieces are coming today and Sydney has been frantic over the fact that the apartment might be too dangerous for the kids. She even tried to wrap some furniture in bubblewrap, so the girls won't hit their heads and die. I laughed, took the bubblewrap away from her and hid it.

"I don't even have any toys!", she sighs, flopping down on the couch, covering her face with her hands.

"Sydney, calm down. They're probably going to bring their own", I chuckle. I've never seen her this nervous without a good reason. I sit down next to her, wrapping my arm around her shoulders, pulling her closer and kissing her forehead.

The doorbell rings and Sydney immediately gets up, accidentally hitting my face with her hand as she does so. She doesn't notice it though, she is too concentrated on the girls.

"Hello!", Sydney greets as she opens the front door, me smiling like an idiot behind her. You can see, she is nervous. I don't know why she is, though. Even I'm not nervous and I have never even babysitted anyone. "I'm Sydney", she introduces herself to the woman standing in front of her. "Well hello, aren't you a pretty little thing", Sydney uses the "baby-talk voice" as she crouches in front of the little girl, the girl smiles, hiding behind the woman who I assume is her mother. The woman is also holding a baby. "Come on in", Sydney says as she opens the door a little more, letting them walk in.

Sydney sits on the couch, the little girl follows her. Sydney starts asking her all kinds of questions, like how old is she which she replies by showing four of her fingers. The mother of the two girls excuses herself to go to the bathroom and she hands me the baby. I'm a bit shocked at first, but I quickly shake it off, walking over to the couch and sitting down myself. Sydney moves closer to me, making silly faces at the baby and it makes her laugh. I just stare at the scene before me. I can't seem to look away. Suddenly the little girl climbs on Sydney's lap, poking my cheek. I turn to look at her to see her smiling. "You have dimples!", she yells. Sydney giggles, I let out a chuckle as well. "Yes, I see you have them too", I say back to the girl. She smiles, hiding her head in Sydney's chest. The two of them really hit it off well.

"The girls really like you two", the woman says, I didn't even notice she was here. "I have to go now. Mommy will pick you up at night, okay?", she says as she kisses her both daughters. Leaving us a bag of stuff we might need.

"Why do you have those things on your face?", the older one asks me as she pulls my lip ring. She starts giggling. "You look like a fish!", she laughs. Sydney bursts out laughing. "You really do, though. Like you're on a hook", she says between laughs. I just sigh, the girl is still pulling the ring. "If you don't stop, soon the lip will fall down", I warn her and she immediately stops. Her eyes are wide and she quickly runs up to the bag. Sydney follows her every move, she seems confused. I would be lying if I said I am not as well. Soon she comes with small band-aids with princesses on them. She climbs on the couch next to me, she has this serious face that I think is really, really adorable. I rarely even think anything is adorable. She sticks the little band-aid on my lip and smiles. "Now it won't fall!", she says, happily clapping her hands. And she continues pulling on the lip ring.

"Oh my God she's adorable", Sydney whispers. Then she starts making silly faces at the baby again. I hand her the baby and she just doesn't take her stare off of her. I can't tear my stare off of her but soon I have to because the older girl climbs on my lap, still pulling the lip ring. "You're so cute with that princess band-aid", Sydney giggles. "I am, aren't I?", I ask, winking at her.

"Why do you have that black thing on your skin?", the girl, who I learned is named Belle, asks.
