Lisa

After having breakfast with Lucious I get dressed and head out for a walk to get some fresh air.

I look around as I walk down the snowy sidewalk seeing the familiar houses and faces of the pack members as I pass. Some of them frown, while others just look and continue on their way. Not really seeming to be bothered by my presence.

I take in a breath of fresh air, looking down at my boots as I walk through the snow. Over the time that I have been here This place is slowly starting to feel like it can really be home for me.

I like being here. I like being here with Lucious, but I fear that I may lose him before getting to start a real life here with him. I thought that maybe Lucious was getting over what happened and maybe letting it all go, but I can see that I was wrong. This hatred that he holds for my family isn't something that he's just going to let go, and I Don't know how to get through to him without it turning into a big argument.

"Lisa." I look up from my boots and smile when I see Nakel walking towards me with a male.

"Luna." The male gives me a slight nod, causing me to frown a little at hearing him address me as luna. Other than Jax, no one here calls me that.

I look at the male seeing that he's the male that I had a quick sparring match with durn the pack training to prove a point.

"I heard you kicked my brother ass," Nakel says grinning.

"She didn't kick my ass." The male standing next to Nakel glare over at him. I look at the guy seeing that he and Nakel do look alike.

"Yeah whatever, he be out back all day working on the shadow movement." Nakel takes his fighting stance and starts to move as if he was trying to dodge an attack. It clear that he has been watching his brother practice.

"Is that so?" I smirk over at Nakel's brother.

"You were right, the shadow movement is helpful once you get it down. I can see a big difference in how easily I'm able to move and dodge attacks now." Nakel's brother tells me.

I look at him for a second before giving him a nod. It's a bit strange hearing someone new here actually talk to me.

"Where are you guys headed?" I ask.

"Training, I'll be shifting in a few days so I get to watch the pack warriors train now," Nakel says with a smirk.

I give him a smile, remembering the day I shifted on my sixteenth birthday. It was painful, but also one of the best days of my life.

"Are you coming?" Nakel ask.

I look over in the direction of the training building. I wasn't planning on going there after I told Jax I would think about it, but I guess I have nothing else to do at the moment.

"Sure," I tell Nakel and start to walk with the two of them.

Once we get to the training building, I see that many are already here training.

"I'm glad you decided to come." Jax walks over, giving me a friendly smile.

"I will rather be no other place than here," I say sarcastically, causing Jax to let out a chuckle.

"Well just walk around and let me know what I should work on with them," Jax tells me before going back to training.

I stand here watching them train and spar with the shadow movement. I can see that they are still struggling, but once they have done it enough the movements will come naturally to them.
