"Ooh get it Chancho." Dinah teased. "At least something interesting happened in town while I was on my honeymoon with my beautiful wife."

"Dinah, stop." The shorter girl complained. "I didn't know what to do, I was just trying to get the remote and stupid me had to be all clumsy and fall on her lap. My face got so red and I couldn't even look at her afterwards, she probably thought I was trying to make a move on her after I told her all of that."

"Let me get this straight, you guys were talking about marriage and kids, then you told her that she is probably going to be the last person you will ever be able to love, and then you put your face in her p-" As soon as Camila realizes what Dinah is going to say, she cuts her off, " No. It was an accident, how many times do I have to tell you?" Camila's voice comes out in a frustrated tone and Dinah knows it's time to stop with the teasing.

"Relax Chancho, she knew it was an accident. But hey- that's the farthest you've gotten with a girl since you broke up, right? It's been what? Like 6 years? Mila needs some action." Camila's face turns red again. "I do not." She mutters, making the Polynesian grin.

"That's it, I'm calling Mani and we're going to get you laid tonight." She states like it's the easiest thing in the world. Camila has tried several times in those years to find somebody right for her, but she always found herself comparing everything to how it was with Lauren. And once that happened, she knew she wasn't ready for it and cut ties with the girl before things got too far.

She knows it's not a possibility to be with Lauren again, she already messed it up for herself, so maybe this is a good step. She can be friends with Lauren and live her life happily with another woman, the best of both worlds. Dinah and Normani may be able to help her move on for once and for all.

"About mission, I repeat, abort mission." Dinah whispers in her wife's ear, which went unheard due to the loud music playing in the club. "What?" Normani yelled back, only to have Dinah yell her prior statement and point to their friend stumbling about the dance floor, shooting finger guns at every girl pale with dark brown hair she comes upon.

"I thought you were watching her." They both said at the same time, only to discover that neither of them have been properly prepared for tonight. They get up to retrieve their friend and have to drag her away from the crowd of people.

"We need to get you home, Mila." She doesn't fight it, but makes them lead her to the car and drive her home.

They didn't realize how late it was until they pulled into the parking garage. It was already 2 in the morning. Thankfully, tomorrow was Saturday, so they didn't have to worry about getting up and ready for work in the morning. Another car parked next to them and they quickly realize that it's Lauren's. Who else living here would have a Tesla? They put the windows down as soon as Lauren gets out of the car and collects her things from the back seat.

"Hey there sexy, want to take a spin in my hot ride?" Dinah jokes. "Dinah, don't do that to me." Lauren shouts, "There's never anybody over here when I get home and you just scared the shit of me." The girls in the car laugh.

"Whatever, I need you to take Camila off our hands. She's a little crazy tonight." She gestures to the brunette in the backseat. As soon as Lauren looks at her, she winks and shoots her finger guns at her through the window.

Normani gets out and opens Camila's door while the girl unbuckles her seat belt. She get out of the car and looks at Lauren. "Oh shit, it's her." She yells before running and stumbling towards the  stairwell. Lauren looks at the two remaining girls and the just shrug before Normani gets back in her seat and they quickly drive away.

"Okay then, I guess the roles are reversed tonight." She says to herself before walking back to the apartment.

Once she gets inside, she sees the silhouette of the girl surrounded by the lights from the open fridge. "We need more food, I'm hungry." She mutters as she tries to find something to eat in the fridge. "Camz, we need to get you in bed." She states, trying to get the girl in her own bedroom. "Woah there, take me out to dinner first." Camila retorts, making Lauren laugh.

Camila sees the flash of a phone screen turning on in the corner of her eye and picks it up to look at it, thinking it was hers. As soon as she reads who sent the message, she realizes that it was not.

"Fuck Lucy, you should block her." Great advice Camila; nothing has come from screening her texts, so Lauren takes her phone and does just that. "There, she's blocked. Fuck Lucy." She says before flashing a smile at her.

It's kind of weird, but I can imagine drunk Camila thinking that finger guns are a good way to flirt and it amuses me. No more drinking for the girls for a while, I did two back to back because I feel like that's when some of the funnier and important realizations come through or at least set up my plot easier.

I have a question- does everybody like these chapter titles better than the last book's? They were just numbers in the last one, I was lazy then, but I didn't like that.

Sorry this chapter was a little short, my brain is a little strained right now. I finally just finished up with my coding assignment and I felt so relieved after submitting it. I put 30+ hours into it and ended with just over 800 lines. I swear it has been one of the only things on my mind since it was posted and I have been working on it every second I could for the past week. I have three exams next week and finished up with all my assignments, which I usually wait until Sunday to finish, so I have the weekend to study when I'm not working. I just want to be done with school, it's so exhausting sometimes.
