John had been quiet for a few weeks and Alex was starting to get worried. He wasn't sure if he should confront John about it or not. But he did know that something was wrong and he needed to know why. His thoughts had been interested when Phillip began to cry. He got up and began to walk but stopped in his track by hearing a familiar voice. "Shhh Phillip don't cry, I love you. I don't want your dad to hate me more then he already does. Phillip quieted down and looked at John with confusion. Phillip was working on saying words now and he could tell Phillilp was trying "d-da love ou!" Phillip managed "Phillips right" Alex said. John looked at Alex with wide eyes, tears welled up in John's eyes. Alex walked over to John and melted into a loving protecting hold. Phillip giggled and played with his toy dinosaur
"John's what mean words did he say to you?" John looked at Alex then at his feet. "H-he said t-hat I didn't deserve a-anything I h-have" even Alexander had began to cry as well. How could someone say that to an angel on earth? "He said that you didn't love me" John's voice cracked near the end barley holding back tears.
"John's listen, were gonna find whoever did that and make sure they get punished for feeding you horrible lies, I love you more then words can tell! You deserve everything in this world and more and if they can't see that there blind to the fact that you are the best person in the world!"
John began to cry in to Alex's chest as he said comforting words to John even Phillip said "No cry! No cry!" And trued wiping John's tears away.
Maybe Alex was right
Maybe he deserved what he had
He had a nice family
Nice friends
That's all he need
