John woke up to a peacefully sleeping Alexander who looked like he hadn't slept in years. Phillip was taken home by Lafayette, Herc, And Peggy (A/N I had to) John looked around at his surroundings. The room was plain and simple, an off white color, a chair near the corner, a light and a few medical things he didn't bother to name. John nudged Alex trying to wake him up Alexander groaned and John chuckled at his tired husband. Alex eventually got up after a bit of encouragement from John. They sat their cuddled together as they read a book that Alex had brought from home

The comfortable silence was broken by a familiar voice screaming "HERCULES MULLIGAN!" Alex laughed at Hercules's gesture but John jumped in surprise. When they finally calmed a French voice said "LA BAGUETTE EST ARRIVÉE!" (Translation: "THE BAGUETTE HAS ARRIVED!") the next thing you knew John had clung to Alex and was about to scream at the guys but before he could speak a another person beat him to it "Angelica!" A voice sang as Angelica walked in the room "Eliza!" A voice sang John smiled at the girls but before he could ask where Peggy was, Peggy came into view "IT'S PEGGY TIME MOTHER TRUCKER!" The voice said loudly with that, John was fuming at Lafayette, Hercules, And Peggy. While Alex calmed John Eliza and Angelica were just laughing at the scared looking Lafayette who had been hiding behind herc who was laughing. Eventually John had calm down and was cuddling with Alex while talking to the group soon the subject changed too Phillip.
"Ah Phillip is just so cute it makes me want kids" Laf said looking at Herc who nodded in agreement "Yall gotta get married first" John mumbled in a tired southern voice which made everyone laugh while Laf and Herc went red in the face. John lazily snuggled closer to Alex and closed his eyes. Everyone awwwed and kept talking Alex spoke up "I don't know about sleeping John but I want another one" Alex tried to be quiet enough to not wake up John. "Aww yeah the next one would be just as adorable as Phillip" Eliza said looking at Phillip who was in her arms. "Yeah I would get to be a babysitter!" Angelica said then everyone went quiet and looked at Peggy. "Idontlikebeingpregnant" Peggy said they all laughed at Peggy's response. "Yeah it probably sucks" a now awake John replied. Alex stood their dumbfounded. "Did you h-" before he could finish John replied "yeah I did and it's ok cause I want another one too" John giggled. It made Alexander's heart melt. Again everyone looked at Peggy who looked in deep thought Phillip was 2 now and Peggy knew how much they wanted another one. "Fineeeeeeeeeeee" Peggy said everyone cheered in excitement. John showered her with 'thank yous'. Alex was jumping with joy. He was ready
