"OMG," Diana squealed next to me as we walked outside the studio. "That was so much better than I thought it would be." I smiled recalling everything that just happened in the studio. A little side of me hoping it would have never ended.I expected Ian to have two left feet and stumble all over the place but my expectation was quickly thrown out the window. And let me not forget to mention how hot he looked in his practicing uniform. The way he danced was one of the best I have ever seen especially from a football player. I asked him whether or not he has ever danced and of course to keep his pride he had responded no. We had started off with simple partner work and then we led into more complicated jazz and hip-hop steps. It was amazing how in sync we were able to perform.
During the whole rehearsal, I had fireworks and butterflies but tried my best to shake them. It felt like we had been dancing forever and everything was perfect. Of course, it was too perfect because it ended.
I left the class feeling satisfied that we were able to finish our dances and the only thing left was cleaning them. We walked back to the parking lot discussing the class and everyone was fangirling over their partners. I'm glad the partners worked out.
Quickly getting out of my thoughts I noticed I had strayed away from the group and was walking towards my brother's car alone. I decided not to go back but figured I would just talk to them all later.
I stood outside the car scrolling through Instagram waiting for my brothers to get to there. I have no idea what they are doing in that locker room but they were taking way to long and it was cold outside.
My phone was abruptly snatched from my hand. "What the hell," I look up to see Ian hovering over me with my phone in his hand.
"Was that necessary," I asked him looking up into his eyes. he smirked looking back down at me. He was so tall and our height difference was perfect.
"Oh come on Muffin, you looked so lonely." I blushed at his response. "Well if there was anyone that I wanted to interrupt my so-called loneliness it would be you." I winked at him catching him off guard and taking it as an opportunity to get my phone back. I reached up on my tippy toes and grabbed the phone out of his hand.
He looked back down at me startled by my response but quickly covered it up with a smile. "So where are my lovely twin brothers," I asked him trying to change the subject before the tension got worse.
"Honestly," he responded turning around to glance back at the school, "I'm not sure what's taking them so long. Probably doing gay shit in the locker room." I giggled at his response and replied with a quick "I wouldn't doubt it." Despite the fact that my brothers are man whores, I never doubt the bromance between them and their friends.
"So what are your plans for the day Muffin," he asked me. Is the quarterback hotty of my school Ian asking what I am doing today? I was shocked beyond doubt but was taken out of my trance to find him staring at me waiting for me to respond.
"Well," I thought about it but I didn't have any plans today except for playing COD with my brothers, "I'm supposed to be playing COD with the twins if they ever come out the locker room. Are you coming with us?" I asked questioningly wanting to know if he was going to be coming over today.
"Only if you want me to. But since you're inviting me I guess I can't say no." He winked at me before turning around to see my brothers finally walking out of the school along with their friends. Even though they were walking out it would take them forever to finally leave.
I could feel myself getting redder and redder the more we stood here in front of the car. He turned back around and I quickly caught his eyes. He stared at me before tilting his head, "Why don't I take you home instead. It's not like your brothers are coming anytime soon."
I mean he wasn't wrong they weren't going to be back anytime soon, and a chance to drive alone with Ian was something that I would enjoy a lot. I responded with a quick yes and he nodded his head towards his motorcycle.
He started walking towards what I thought would be his motorcycle but instead was a convertible Mustang. Is he rich or something and I didn't know.
"What happened to the motorcycle," I questioned him kind of wishing we could ride it.
"At home," he responded opening the car doors, "But next time I will bring it just to make sure I get to take you home." He opened the driver's side and went in the car before I had a chance to react to what he said. I smiled to myself and opened the passenger door before climbing in the car.
He began to put the top down of the car and slowly peeled out of the parking lot. On the way out I waved goodbye to my brothers ignoring their confused faces. Ian and I glanced at each other laughed at their expressions and we sped off into the streets.
The car ride home was silent with the music playing lowly and the wind rushing through my hair. I enjoyed it almost as much as I enjoyed riding the motorcycle but the sensation wasn't the same.
We arrived at my house shortly after and he parked in my driveway. There was nobody home at the moment which was sort of a relief because I did not want to be interrogated. I tried to finger comb my hair and make it presentable but that failed. Ian looked over at me in the passenger seat and began to laugh.
"What," I asked him with an eyebrow raised.
"Your hair. That was a wild ride huh," He continued to laugh and I playfully hit his arm. He mutters an 'ouch' and I rolled my eyes knowing it didn't hurt. I grabbed my bags climbed out of the car. Ian got out with me then we walked to my front door.
"Thanks for the ride home," I said as we approached my front door.
"Anytime," he replied "It's not like I wasn't coming here anyway.s" I smiled at his response and we stood there in silence.
"I hope you know I really like hanging out with you Muffin," He said. I felt like I was turning into a fangirl at that moment. I was melting inside or at least my heart was.
"I like hanging out with you too," I responded blushing. Could this be any cheesier? I looked down at my hands but my head was quickly yanked up by Ian's hand on my chin.
He pulled my face close to his before staring at me for a quick second. He smashed his lips against mine and I could feel the fireworks exploding around me. I kissed him back passionately before moving my hands to cup his cheeks. He kissed me harder moving his hands to my hips and pulling me closer to him. He kissed me even harder and I moaned against his lips. I could feel him smiling through the kiss causing me to smile. I moved my hands to his hair and pulled him closer to me not wanting to let him go. The kiss although it felt like forever ended too quickly. I slowly pulled away from him my hands still on his cheeks and his around my waist. We were both out of breath.
"Way to make your move," I responded out of breath with a giant smile on my face.
"I had to, Muffin," He responded with a smirk before releasing his hands off my waist. I immediately missed the warmth of his hands around me. We backed away from each other and I turned to look at the front door of my house.
"So are you going to let me in or what," He asked me impatiently.
"Oh you're coming in," I responded eagerly grabbing his hand and dragging him inside the house while trying to register what the hell just happened.
