Winnie went ahead and kept her baby shower she had planned for Ellie and Bucky since Bellatrix wasn't home yet. All of Bucky's family came and the girls came as well as the guys. Nicole came in with a lady behind her.
"Ellie.." Nicole said
"Hey Nikki I've missed you." she said
"I know I've missed having my little sister around too but I have a surprise just for you." Nicole said
"Mama" Ellie said as she started to cry.
She got up and she hugged her. "mama I've missed you." she whispered
"Oh baby girl I've missed you." Penelope said
Winnie came over and hugged her "It's good to see you Penny."
Penelope smiled and said "Our babies had a baby."
"They did." Winnie said
Penelope looked at Bucky and said "I always knew you were going to grow up to be a heartbreaker with this combo and that smile" as she hugged him.
"It's good to see you Penny..we have missed your big smile around here." Bucky said as he hugged her back.
James hugged her and said "It's good to see you Penny."
"It's good to see you all too especially my daughters. Um I'm sorry girls that I left you all." Penelope said
Ellie got her phone and showed her pictures of Bellatrix. "Do you know when she gets to come home." Penelope said
"Possibly in two weeks." Bucky said
"That's good." she said
"Mama are you home for good like you are staying here." Ellie said
"I live two towns away baby I'm not far okay..Nicole told me what happened with your daddy baby and I'm sorry he did that to you but I am so proud of you Eleanor Brooke you took what life handed you and you sucked it up and did what you had to do to provide for you and that baby." Penelope said
Ellie smiled and said "Bucky we will have to visit her."
"We will baby" he said as he wrapped an arm around her waist.
"James you take care of my girl you hear me. I know she's stubborn and hard headed but you take care of her even if she doesn't let you. I always knew you two would end up together. You all can come visit anytime you want. You have a step dad and little siblings that would like to meet their other big sister I didn't want to spring them on you so I came alone with Nicole." Penelope said
Ellie smiled and said "Yeah I will do that.'
The baby shower continued and she finished opening up gifts from everyone. Bucky loaded up his truck with the stuff and they took them to the apartment. That night they fixed up the nursery and put everything together and put everything away.
