And yeah, I got a little inspired by Sally Face so I guess Depression has a bit of Larry in him XD. Don't judge me.

Logan appeared in Thomas' living room after searching the mindscape. He then found everyone taking a nap, the three core sides snuggled up while Deceit and Thomas were cuddling. The main menu of the live action Little Mermaid played on repeat, the song getting annoying quite fast. Logan turned it off and chuckled.
"I guess I shall have to wait until they are awake." Logan murmured, sitting on Thomas' couch. He summoned grabbed one of the books off the the coffee table and began reading. It just so happened to be the Complete Collection of Folk and Fairy Tales of the Brothers Grimm. "Poor Roman, his Disney would be ruined if he read these, though I suppose Self Doubt would enjoy the original German versions of these.." He murmured.
>>>Awkward Timeskip<<<
"What time is it?" Virgil asked as he began to wake up. He rubbed his eyes, smearing his eyeshadow.
"Too early to get up.." Roman replied, still half asleep.
"It's actually 3:33pm. You slept most of the day away. Though, I do suppose this morning's events is an excuse to sleep." Logan replied from the couch. He was already half way through the book, currently reading the story of Briar-Rose. He cringed at one part of the story when it mentioned the princes being slowly and painfully killed by the thorns.
Roman and Virgil jumped at his voice. The prince had his arm around Virgil in a protective manner before realizing it was just Logan. Then he released Virgil with a whispered apology.
"Jeez kiddos, no need to act all-" Patton interrupted himself by yawning, "-jumpy. It's just Logan." He rubbed his eyes tiredly. "And yeah, today has been eventful. Deceit got attacked by the other dark sides this morning."
"So I have been told." Logan replied, closing his book after putting a plain navy colored bookmark to save his spot. "I figured we should talk about the problems at hand and work things out. I have already spoken to two of the dark sides; Depression and Self Doubt, and they have notified me that Apathy has attacked Deceit before."
At the mention of the dark leader, Deceit was up in a flash, panic clearly showing on his face. This caused Thomas to wake up confused. The host noticed Deceit's state of panic and pulled him back down to comfort him; not wanting to get up yet.
"You're ok Dee, I'm here." Thomas mumbled half asleep. Deceit slowly began to calm down, but the tension never left his body.
"Do not worry, Deceit, we will not allow him or the 'cult', as Depression called them, into our part of the mindscape." Logan reassured the deceiving trait. Deceit nodded in understanding. "However, I was wondering if you would be willing to make four temporary rooms, Roman? Ones that look almost identical to Rage, Depression, Self Doubt, and Deceit's but less destroyed?"
Roman gave him a confused look. "I understand Fibber on the Roof but the other three?"
"They have also been victims of Apathy," Logan stated, noticing how Deceit flinched every time the dark leader's name was said.
"Those poor kiddos..." Patton mumbled, his eyes filling with tears. Roman, himself, felt sympathy for the four sides. Virgil stared at Deceit, noticing how he still showed fear even when he seemed relaxed. He didn't blame him; Apathy was always ruining Deceit's pride and forcing him into painful situations.
Deceit had taken the blow many times for Virgil and the other three many times before. He really was Patton's opposite...
"I say we should help them. If Apathy is willing to go as far as sewing Deceit's mouth shut, who's to say what he would do next?" Virgil chimed in. Deceit tried to give him a smile of gratitude but quickly stopped when he felt the sharp pain.
Deceit put a hand over his mouth, in both embarrassment and sadness. Lying had been the only way to cover up his pain and protect Thomas but now...now he couldn't even do his job.
"I will see what I can do about those stitches. I will conduct some research on how to remove them, but you will still stay in our part of the mindscape until we solve the Apathy problem." Logan stated. Deceit nodded slowly, curling into Thomas as the host held him close. He couldn't let the others see him break down; Roman and Patton had already seen that side of him and that was bad enough.
