"I still don't fully understand." Thomas sighed as he flopped back on Remus' bed. Remus rolled his eyes.
"We've been over this four times, Thomas. What part can you possibly not understand?!" Remus exclaimed. He began pacing again as the others groaned. "Apathy, or Adriean, is Logic's counterpart. Logic has curiosity to learn; Apathy had never cared about anything in his life until he gained power."
"That's what I don't understand," Thomas stated, "how the ever loving fuck is Apathy Logic's counterpart?!"
"That's just how things are, ok?!" Remus replied. His stress levels were rising. Lust sighed and pulled Remus onto his lap.
"Let's all just take a breather, alright?" Wrath stood up. "Stressing out and doubting everything is going to affect two of our fellow Sides."
Thomas gave him a confused look. Wrath shrugged it off and decided to leave the explanation for another day.
"What are we supposed to do?" Thomas asked quietly. The room went quiet as they all looked at one another, silently asking if anyone had ideas.
"We need to find where Apathy is hiding."
