Things Are Strange, I Like It Like That.

Chapter Ten

This is where it starts to get PG-13 there's some language but not that bad. 

We all sit quietly in the living room and suddenly hear, "You what?!" It was Louis. I wince and lean closer to Liam.

"I'm sorry! I just did!" Austin's voice comes back. I hear a door slam and their voices are muffled.

"What's going on in there?" Liam asks me.

"What do you mean?" I was not a good liar.

"Why is he yelling at Austin?" Liam looks at me.

I take a deep breath. "He..uh..he sort of..he may have..kissed..me."

"What?!" All of the boys yell in unison.

"I didn't kiss back! He kissed me!" I shout back.

"One of us needs to go up there before he kills Austin." Zayn says.

"I'll go." I get up and start to walk towards the stairs.

"Be careful, Kay. Just let them talk until you feel like you need to step in, alright?" Liam says.

I nod and walk up the stairs. As I near Louis's bedroom door, I can hear them fighting.

"Why would you do that? She's my girlfriend!" Louis yells.

"I know! I just we were laying there and-"

"You were laying where?" Louis demands.

"On the floor..well see we were having a tickle fight and we fell off the couch and uh..I was sort of on top of her and I kissed her.."

Austin! I think, Why would you add the part of you being on top of me?

"You were on top of her?!" I knew it. "Why the hell were you on top of her? Why did you kiss her?"

"Seriously! I don't know! I just like her a lot and I think that was the only time I couldn't hold it in."

"Well, next time think, 'She has a boyfriend who will murder my ass if I touch her.' Then maybe you won't kiss my girlfriend." Louis's voice sounds so full of anger.

"Well maybe I was thinking that she was a with a douche bag like you. Maybe that's why I kissed her!" I had never heard Austin say anything like that before.

"Excuse me? What did you just call me?" Louis snaps.

"I called you a douche bag. I'm calling you a douche bag. You are a douche bag!" 

"How in the hell am I a douche bag? I don't go around kissing other guys' girlfriends!"

"Please, she's been your girlfriend for like what? Three days?"

"We've been together for more than three days.."

"Well, she's been my best friend for much longer than three days!"

"She's been my best friend longer than you! She's all of our best friend's except I'm the only guy in the world that gets to have her! And that's a big deal to me! She's my everything!" 

"Well, she's my everything, too. Oh and you know those rumors about her cheating on you with me? Those aren't rumors.." 

I gasp quietly in the hallway.

"You son of a bitch.." I hear a thud and I open the door.

"Guys?" I see Austin holding his face and Louis clenching his fists. "Louis! What did you do?"

"He asked for it." Louis says and helps him up.

"Did not.." Austin holds his bleeding nose.

"I think from what you guys were saying to each other you both need a punch in the face."
