"Dylan, you have to go to sleep." Austin begs.

He just keeps crying.

What's wrong with that boy that mama has to get up an Austin can't do shit? Grrr...

I pull myself out of bed and take Dylan in my arms.

He stops crying immediately.

I look over to see a groggy-looking Liam slumped on the recliner.

It had been raining all freaking night and it still is. Thanks Mother Nature.

"Louis Tomlinson. Quit God damn calling me at God damn three in the God damn morning." Liam growls.

"We have an infant here, Liam. Language." I rub Dylan's back.

"Sorry. I just- Ugh! Louis!"

"Just answer it!"

"Fine." He pulls his phone up to his ear. "What?"

"No."

"He's fine."

"Yes."

"Yes."

"I don't know."

"I don't think you're her favorite person right now, no."

"Probably not."

"No."

"No."

"I said no."

"NO, LOUIS."

"Fine! Kay, do you want to talk to Louis?"

"No." I say simply and turn my attention back to Dylan.

"She said no."

"I'm not going to force her, Louis."

"Fine..." He clicks his phone onto speaker.

"Is it on?"

I wince at the sound of his voice.

"Yeah."

"Kay, please. I didn't-"

"Hang up." I interrupt him.

"Kay-!"

"Hang. Up." I snap.

"Bye, Lou." Liam says and presses 'end call'.

Everything that was bottled up inside just came out. I burst into tears.

"Oh, Kay..." Austin rubs my back.

"He just...he makes me sick! I can't stand it! He thinks he can just do this and then expect me to forgive him!"

"I know." Liam sighs.

Dylan looks up at me and frowns.

I wipe away some tears and try to smile.

He leans against me and holds my shirt.

He was trying to give me a hug.

I can't believe how sweet this is.

For once I think maybe, just maybe, everything will be okay.
