"Kay! Wake up!" Louis yells.
I open my eyes and realize that I'm covered with sweat.
It was a dream.
Oh, shit..nope. It's real.
I must've passed out or something because these contractions are real. And they really hurt.
"Oh, God. I thought you were dead." He breathes and squeezes my hand tighter.
"I thought...God dammit." I lay my head back in frustration.
"You thought what?" He asks quietly.
"I had a dream he was your baby." I sigh.
"Oh, maybe that's a sign." He smiles and pulls into the hospital parking lot.
They all help me out of the car and we walk into the hospital.
Whatever his name is needs to come out now. Right now.
"She's having a baby for God sakes! Don't just stand there!" Louis yells and the nurse quickly walks me to a hospital room.
"On a scale of one to ten, what's your pain level?" She asks softly.
"Do you think your a five?" Louis asks.
"Five? I'm a nine!" I try to take deep breaths and lay my head back.
They hook me up to some machine that detects my contractions or whatever. I'm not a doctor, I don't know what it's called.
"Here comes another one." The nurse says and takes my hand.
I'm guessing that I'm supposed to squeeze it when in pain so...
I see her face form into an 'oww' expression. Oops sorry. Pain.
"Oh my God!" I bite my lip and take short breaths.
"It's okay. It's gonna be okay." Louis takes my other hand and kisses my forehead.
"Love you." I whisper.
"Love you too." He smiles.
"I'm here!" Austin yells, out of breath, in the doorway.
"Yeah, woohoo." Harry rolls his eyes and if he were closer to me, I would slap him.
"Kay, are you feeling alright?" He asks, ignoring Harry.
"I'm...having a baby..." I breathe.
"Right." He sits down next to Niall, the only one that still likes him.
"Okay, another one's coming." The nurse says again.
"Fantastic." I bite my lip and get ready for the pain.
"Shit..." I mumble and take short breaths.
"It's okay. It'll be over soon, babe." Louis whispers.
"Yeah, hang in there Kay." Austin stands up and takes my other hand.
"Okay, Kaleigh, get ready to push."
I am not ready for this. Dear God.
"One, two, three, push!"
I push as hard as I can.
My mind right now: *************
Those are cuss words. I'm lucky I'm not screaming them.
"Ready?" She asks.
Hello, no, I'm not ready.
"Yeah." I nod and push when she tells me to.
