A/N: I'm sorry for all these long breaks I keep taking! It's coming to the end of the story, just one more chapter after this and I guess I'm procrastinating and holding out as long as I can as I've enjoyed writing it so much!

Olivia's POV

Before I even know what's going on, I'm in Erika and Taylor's dressing room. 15 minutes before curtain call with Taylor applying my makeup as a woman called Nina puts pin curls into my hair and puts a wig cap on my head.

I'm silent, staring into the dressing room mirror as a million and one thoughts whizzed through my head. For the last hour, Taylor, Ashley and Kate have been running over all the lines and songs with me, making sure I'm prepared, helping me with the simple choreography I have to do and the blocking.

My heart hasn't stopped beating at a beats a minute and my hands had begun shaking when Taylor finished my makeup, stepping back so that I could get a proper look.

"Perfect! You're all set!" She smiled, noticing the petrified look on my face and frowned. Taylor then wraps her arms around me, leaning her head against mine. "You're gonna be amazing tonight, I just know it." She tells me, kissing my forehead and taking my hands, pulling me to my feet and began helping me change into my opening look.

After getting the shoes on, I check myself out in the mirror and can't help but smile. I was taken back to two Halloween's ago when Alex, Talia and I were trying to figure out the perfect trio costume to wear to the school dance.

"What about Alvin and the Chipmunks? They're a trio and it's super easy!" Alex had suggested but me and Talia scrunched our noses up at that and shot it down.

"Shock, Lock and Barrel  from Nightmare before Christmas?" Talia asked. I was open to the idea but Alex was against it.

"We could be the plastics from Mean Girls." I suggested and they both looked pretty pleased at that, until Talia added. "Maybe, or...we could go as Cady, Janis and Damien....?"

And it was settled. I was obviously Janis (art freak, dark sense of humour and I gave zero fucks) Alex was Damien (super flamboyant and an over dramatic theatre kid) and Talia was Cady (bubbly, full of life, a little dopey and obsessed with wild life and nature).

Looking in the mirror, I saw a flicker of Talia and it made me smile, a deep sense of sadness echoing deep down in my heart.

Taylor studies my face for a moment and her eyes go wide. "Liv? Are you okay?" She asks gently, and I notice for the first time, that I'm crying.

I wipe the tear away gently, trying hard not to smudge the makeup. "Yeah, I'm fine...just feeling a little emotional right now."

"That's completely normal," Taylor smiled as Nina begins helping me put on my wig. "I remember my Broadway debut, I was shaking all over and almost threw up before I went on stage...I was just a little dizzy and wobbly on my legs but as soon as I stepped onto that stage...it was a thrill!" She laughs, smiling at me with a slight glint in her eye.

I smile back, standing from the chair and hugging Taylor tightly. "Thanks for the pep talk." I whisper in her ear. Suddenly we hear a voice from above say:

"Ladies and gentlemen this is your opening act call, your opening act call ladies and gentlemen, thank you."

The lump comes back to my throat and my heart is beating a mile a minute once again. Taylor takes my hands and squeezes them gently. "Believe in yourself Liv. You've got this!" She tells me firmly, pulling me in for one last hug before pulling me out of the dressing room and up to the left wing.
