Chapter 32 Sex, Birth, Death (Episode 11)

I can't believe almost everyone are looking forward that I'll get pregnant with Reid. To be honest that night, we didn't use any protection at all. Want to know why? We're so engrossed to surrender ourselves. I'm scared but... at the same time, happy if I'm carrying his child or children in this case. Considering I was born as triplets not twins because my parents keep secrets to me.

I haven't talked about Reid about having our own children in the future. In case I'm pregnant, I hope he won't get angry about me carrying his child or children. ~Novilene Cruz

She's The One

Novilene and Reid are taking the subway instead of riding either of their cars. Novilene's car is still fixing whereas Reid doesn't own a car yet. Reid has a driver license, however, he prefers to ride on the subway or using Novilene's car to drive. Maricar is very adamant of forcing Reid to live in with them, considering he mostly slept at their house. Reid is surprised by Novilene's decision of letting him stay in their house permanently. They date each other for 10 months now. To live in their partner is a huge commitment between them.

"Still thinking about our request?" Novilene asks Reid curiously seeing him in deep thought. "We don't mind if you said no. Ma knows that you're stubborn like me. She won't hate you for it."

"I thought about it carefully... I'm more worried if Kevin is okay with it." Reid told her the truth about his hesitation. "Maricar knows me long enough than Kevin. I haven't met your stepdad yet, Lenny. What if he hates the idea of us living together?"

"Nathan knows that you care for me deeply, Spen." Novilene assured him and he sighs in relief. "Besides, we're not the only ones who live in a huge house. Ma and Kevin are with us. As for Kevin, he's okay with it since you treat me nicely."

"They're not going to go overprotective towards you?" He asks with a skeptical look on his face.

"Ethan and I persuade them enough to accept you." She smiled and clinging on his arm. "They're okay with it... however, they keep teasing me about us on that night."

"Oh..." He chuckled awkwardly. "We haven't used it on that night."

"I know." She smiled sheepishly. "I guess we're caught up-"

"You're Dr. Reid, aren't you?" A teenage boy approached the lovers just when Novilene is about to say something.

"I'm sorry. Do I know you?" Reid asks him curiously.

"I just know what you do." The teenage boy spoke up nervously while the two stared at him curiously.

"Ok..." Reid held Novilene tight and was about to walk away from this unknown boy.

"I saw you in Georgetown a few weeks ago." Novilene squeezes his arm to stop and listen to his reason. Why he knew Reid while Novilene is a bit suspicious of this boy. "You gave a lecture on Sexual Sadism and how you helped catch Mill Creek Killer in St. Louis."

"I-I'm not much of a, uh- a public speaker." Reid stuttered and he mostly let his team especially his girlfriend to speak in public.

"I don't know. I thought you seemed cool." He smiled politely.

"You look kind of young to go to Georgetown. I'm pretty sure you happened to be one of my brother's age around 16 or 17. Junior or Sophomore student?" Novilene questioned him and couldn't help but feel something off about this boy.

"I'm a Junior at Northwest High School." The boy answered and was surprised how she manage to guess it right about him.

"And you just go to lectures on anger excitation for fun?" Reid asks him curiously.
