Chapter 47 Distress (Episode 17)

Most of them angry the fact we elope together without notifying anyone. I've never ever seen Maricar looks furious or angry at me before. She usually so kind and caring elder woman. The stunt that I pull without asking a blessing, Maricar demands we should get married again. This time, she's going to pay everything for our wedding despite we are against our wishes.

There is another huge challenge for me. I need to get a good impression of Lenny's stepdad, Nathan Hunt. From what I heard to Ethan, he's hard to impress especially I give him a wrong impression. I married his stepdaughter without meeting him first whereas Gideon and Maricar knows me very well. Novilene and her siblings have no clue on how to win Nathan's heart, especially he's hard to read.

Nathan is a bit like Gideon but... he's an intimidating person like he could see right through you. He is a retired Army and quite stern and rarely smile like Hotch. He's completely different person when it comes to family, Nathan smiles and socializing his family. After the stunt that I pull, Nathan gives me a hatred for eloping and having Lenny get pregnant.

"I don't know whether to beat you up or not... for giving me a triplet not a single child."

"We might need a baby sitter to help Maricar out for looking after our children."

Reid moves Novilene's wet hair away from her face. Both of them are naked under the sheets without Maricar and Kevin inside of the house. Maricar is going to flip if she hears them doing it whereas Kevin might not look at them anymore. She blames Reid for having this insane mood swing and craving him so badly.

"This sucks..." Novilene whimpered and Reid hugging her close. "Mood swing... craving you or the food... lord help me."

"We can get through this, Lenny." Reid assured and grabbing her face. "Use the time wisely for taking this opportunity with you." Smiling cheekily and receiving a deadpanned expression from his wife.

"Pervert." She rolls her eyes and kisses him on the lips.

"You love me." He smirked and Novilene sighs sadly.

"That I do... you're my genius Doctor." Snuggling to feel his warm body. "Hey, Spen."

"Yeah?"

"Can Noelle be our babysitter and the Godmother of our triplets?" She asks him out of the blue. "She deserves happiness and suitable enough to be our sitter."

"Noelle is adamant enough of not coming back here, for good." He commented and stroking her bare arms. "Can you really convince her?" Reid barely knows Noelle whereas Ethan and Novilene know red-haired Russian very well. It makes him wonder why Strauss despised Noelle when all she did is trying to reconcile to her sister.

"Yeah. I don't even care if Strauss wishes to-" Novilene's phone ring and groans. "I hate this."

"Here." Reid hands over the phone to Novilene.

"Thanks." Smiling at him and accepts the call. "Cruz speaking. Yes, this is Marica's granddaughter... what!?" Novilene immediately sits up and using her free hand to cover her body. "Okay, I'll be there in 10 minutes."

"What's wrong?" Reid asks her worriedly.

She bits her lower lips and sighs heavily. "Mama had been admitted to the hospital. Her blood pressure was high and I need to be there for her."
