Chapter 46 Surprise

Today is the day when Lenny and I are going to announce our married and children soon. I didn't expect Lenny is carrying triplets of my children not one or two, but three. We're expecting to have our children on July 17, 2007.

Octavia is helping Novilene too cook dinner for tonight. She didn't expect Novilene needs her help despite all the things she did to her. Octavia didn't deserve that kindness from what she has done to her, her friends and family.

"You have to let go your guilt, Octavia." Bringing her sense back and glancing at Novilene. "We don't blame you for not saving your family in time."

"Still..." Octavia stopped grating the carrots and sighs heavily. "I feel so guilty. All my life, I thought my family abandoned me."

"We didn't." Novilene places her hand on top of hers. "We also thought you died, Octavia. None of us didn't know that you're alive and hiding somewhere."

"We meet each other at the tragic place." Octavia's tears coming out from her eyes. "I miss my family, I lost them."

"You don't." Novilene assured her and holds back her tears. "They're always here, in our heart."

"I- I'm sorry." Octavia cried and Novilene didn't hesitate to hug her sister. "For pushing you away... my son was too young to die. I was married last year and I-"

"Shh... let it all out." Novilene comforted her.

Novilene knew what it feels like losing someone you care for. She became a rogue Agent when her mom passed out. Novilene felt no remorse for killing men during her mission and torture them worse like a sadist. Noelle and Ethan pulled her out and even put her in a prison to realize her mistakes. They won't allow to get her off their sight until she's back to being her again. Novilene brokedown and begging forgiveness to Ethan and Noelle for what she committed. Both of them knew it wasn't her fault for doing it. Noelle and Ethan did the same thing as her before. They learned from their mistakes and trying their best not to repeat itself.

Noelle is sitting across Strauss with an unreadable look on her face. Strauss wasn't pleased to see her sister again and wanting out of her sight. She hated the fact for Noelle masking her emotions or what she's thinking right now.

"You still keep your promise." Strauss spoke up and wasn't surprised the BAU team didn't connect the dots of Noelle, being related to her. "Didn't expect you to tell them about us."

"It wasn't mine to share it, is it?" Noelle asks her in a calm tone. "We all have our own secrets for a reason."

"Until I find out that my sister is a murderer and an ex-convict." She snapped at her and Noelle didn't say anything. "You're expecting me to welcome you in my arms? They killed our family and turned you into a killer machine."

"I didn't ask for it for joining them." Noelle frowned slightly. "They forced me against my own will."

Strauss scoffs and shaking her head. "I don't even know why Cruz has a lot of faith in you. Tell me... did you blackmail her to get close to me?"

"I didn't." Her scowled face appeared. "Leave Cruz out of our problems, Erin. It's between you and me."

"You're no family of mine, Noelle." She stared at her with a hateful look on her face. "You died-"
