The Flash is a title that has been used by various speedsters in DC Comics, Jay Garrick, Barry Allen, and even Bart Allen. But, which of these is the fastest flash?

Bio: Wally West was a simple kid living his everyday life until one day when he went to work with his uncle, Barry Allen.That day not only did Wally discover his uncle was the Flash, but he too was struck by a bolt of lightning and bathed in chemicals. After that he became a speedster like his uncle and soon after became a hero and was dubbed the Kid Flash.
Years past and came the Event known as Crisis on Infinite Earths.In this event Barry Allen "died" saving the multiverse. Wally was in anguish because of this and unintentionally placed mental barriers on himself limiting his speed.
Wally didn't believe Barry died and so decided to take the Flash's costume taking on the role.

Powers:
Super Speed: After getting rid of his mental barriers Wally surpassed the speed of all other speedsters that are known to fight for good. His top speed feats as of yet is taking an entire city's population a safe distance away from a nuclear bomb that had already detonated. All of this was completed in a microsecond meaning he has a top speed of 13 trillion times the speed of light.
He can heal all manner of injuries almost instantly by accelerating his body's healing process without causing the side effect of accelerated aging.
He can run through time and space beyond the speed of light while racing a being who absorbed the speed of his entire race, a race where the entire species can reach light speed. Wally raced this being for what amounted to 10 whole days straight without resting or showing fatigue.
In one of the most recent comics of The Flash, Barry Allen himself stated that it is Wally West who is the fastest man alive, not him. So while Barry has to be my favorite Flash when it comes to character and story line, Wally is my favorite above all because he truly is the Fastest Man Alive.
