Chapter 9

Gordies POV

Eyeball was still holding my hand, it was weird. His.hands were a lot like Chris's hands. It almost felt like I was holding Chris's hand.

Eyeball then smiled at me, "You have Dennys's hands."

"How do you remember so much about him?", I asked a little curious.

Eyeball smiled at me lightly playing with the palm of my hand, "I would play with Denny's hands a lot, plus I don't think no matter how hard I try I will never forget anything about Denny. I will always remember every single detail about him til the day I die. Trust me, if you love Chris you will also remember everything about him."

It was true, I didn't even have to look at Chris to tell you every detail about him. I guess you just begin to study people once you fall in love with them because I know I have fallen deeply for Chris.

"Thanks, Eyeball, the story may have been sad but it was true. That's the best types.", I told him trying to cheer him up.

He smiled at me," Thanks Gordie, maybe you can write it someday but maybe then you could make a happy ending."

"Well, maybe I will, thanks Eyeball.", I said giving him a hug.

He hugged me back, I liked hugging Eyeball. He was broken and I knew he just needed someone there for him.

"Well after an emotional day I think we should get food to eat. Why don't I run to the dinner and get us all food to bring back here?", Eyeball offered as he let go of me.

Chris nodded then we both gave him our orders.

Eyeball then left with our orders and I turned to look at Chris, "Today was emotional."

He came up and hugged me, "Yeah it was Gordie, but I'm happy we know the truth now. Plus I'm happy my brother loves me and is there for me."

I looked into Gordie's eyes, they were memorizing. They got so bright when he was happy and dull when he was sad. I loved staring into his eyes, they were beautiful.

"I'm happy for you Chris, you deserve this.", I told him with the biggest smile.

Chris kissed me quickly, "Thanks, but being with you is the best thing in my life."

"I love him so much."

Chris laughed, "and I love you so much too Gordie."

I gave him a weird look," Thanks but-" then I realized I was talking, "Shit sorry, I just get lost in your eyes. They tell you a story, and if you pay enough attention your eyes will tell you the story."

"That's really beautiful Gordie, but trust me you tell better stories than my eyes could ever tell.", Chris said putting his arms around me.

I smiled at him, I knew I could tell him anything," Chris I wanna be a writer one day.", I blurted out not even realizing what I had said, "Your the first person I have told this too, but honestly Chris I really wanna be a writer and I wanna write about us and the real world. I don't wanna make bullshit stories with always a happy ending. I want to write about life experiences, but will you promise to experience them with me?"

"I promise till the day I die, Gordie.", Chris said then kissed me softly.

"Hey, you two hungry or do you wanna keep sucking on each other's faces?",Eyeball sais holding our food.

We smiled at him then we all sat at the table, but before I sat down I got us all three Pepsi's to drink with our meal.

While we were eating out meal Eyeball and Chris was telling me stories about their childhood, then I would tell them stories about Denny and me.

It was a lot of fun and I learned a lot about them. I loved talking to them like we were people, just normal people.

After we all got done eating Eyeball helped me clean up the table and Chris just kept hold on to me. He needed a lot of attention, so when I couldn't give any to him he would just hang on to me. But I loved this in a way, plus Chris was so freaking cute to say no to.

"Well I'm tired now, today was a lot and very emotional.", Chris said once we were done cleaning up.

I glared at him in a joking manner, "You didn't even clean up you wet end."

"Oh, Gordie you shouldn't call your very muscular boyfriend that", Chris said wiggling his eyebrows.

Then he started to chase after me around the house. I knew Chris was faster but I tried to stay ahead, but right when I was about to run back into the kitchen Chris jumped out and threw me over his shoulder.

I began to bang on his back, but I knew it was no use. Chris was stranger than me, plus I got a good view of his ass.

Chris then walked us back into the kitchen and sat me down.

"Listen you guys are very cute but we have a deal, no acting like that in public okay?", Eyeball said pulling Chris and me out of our own world.

I looked at Chris then back at Eyeball, this was going to be hard but I would do it so nothing happened to Chris or me.

I looked at Eyeball, "Okay, so what are things we should do so people won't expect that we are a couple, I guess?"

"Okay well for starters lets start with Chris, his last name already is giving him a rep. Don't run away from that express it. Make people believe you're a low lofe Chambers kid. Just don't get in trouble with the lie, this may sound hard but its quite easy. Lots of people think I have a police record but I really don't, rumors go along way. Also when you wanna go to Gordie's at night sneak through his bathroom window, not his bedroom. People can see Gordie's bedroom but not his bathroom. You should also wear black when you do this and maybe even consider dying your hair black if you really don't wanna get caught. Now Gordie, be a good student! Bo bad behavior and even tell people that you can't even believe you were friends with such a low life like Chris. People will think that you guys just naturally went the ways you were supposed to. Nobody will think anything of it because this town is full of dumbasses.", Eyeball finished up and I was a little shocked but I knew this is what was gonna have to happen.

"Okay, let's do it.", Chris said. I knew he was scared about us and that I would die like how Denny did, but I would also be willing to do anything to make sure nothing happened to Chris.

I loved him so much, Chris was my everything. Without him, I would be nothing.
