I forged ahead and ducked behind a pillar, eying the squad of guards guarding the door, and the ones patrolling on the roof. When no one was looking in our direction, I gestured for the others to come and join me. They silently came.

I looked around for a better hiding spot. We were behind a pillar, out of sight of the guards, but could be easily seen by someone approaching the building. I turned when Sasuke tapped my shoulder.

He pointed to a ledge in the entrance hall, which was full of patrolling Samurai, and filled with more pillars. Good. We could hide behind the pillars, or simply teleport, but the cloud of white smoke would draw attention. I leaned in close and whispered in Sasuke's ear, 'We can't teleport there, we need to go on foot. If any guard spots us, don't move in for the kill. I'll put him in a genjutsu.'

Sasuke nodded. I peeked around the pillar, and when no one was looking, made a dash for the closest one. I gestured for one person to join me, and oved on to the second pillar. I suddenly heard a loud shout. 'HEY! WHA' I quickly stepped out of my hiding spot and flashed my Mangekyo Sharingan to the samurai who had spotted one of us, erasing the memory. Thankfully, none of the others paid attention.

I shot Karin a dirty look. After I had moved on to the second pillar, Sasuke had come after me. Karin, being the idiot she was (and a disgrace to the Uzumaki's) had followed him without making sure no one was looking. Baka. I'll deal with her later.

We made it to the ledge without any further trouble. True, Sasuke had beheaded a samurai when he had spotted him even though I had told him not to, but that couldn't be helped.

I jumped up and landed softly, keeping an eye out for anyone watching. I gestured for the others to jump up. After they did, I asked Sasuke, 'What's the plan?' in a low voice. 'We wait till the meeting begins. When all the Kae's and the Samurai's leader are at one spot, we'll make our move. We need to stay low until then, and attack after Madara has said what he wants to.'

We nodded. I had forgotten Madara had wanted to say something, but I had a pretty good guess of what it was.

We sat quietly for a long time, seeing each of the Kage's arrive. Jugo kept whispering, 'Mizkage,' and 'Tuchikage' and 'Raikage'. When Gaara, the Kazekage, and an old friend of mine arrived, I tried not to think about how he would take the news that I had gone over to the bad side again.

Still, this was for Itachi, and the life he could never have because of the village elders. Before killing his clan, Itachi had been a hero to Sasuke. When I had seen him in the distance, he looked so calm and collected. So sure of himself. Like he could never go wrong.

I couldn't imagine how Sasuke would've felt losing him, then killing him, and then finding out that he was a hero in the end, even after everything.

I shook my head to clear it, because the Hokage had arrived. Danzo, with his two guards, undoubtedly from the Root. I decided that the Five Kage Summit wold commence in roughly about five minutes.

Now that all the Kage were present, the gates were shut. That means that the easy way out wasn't available. Yipee.

After seven minutes, I whispered to the others, 'The meeting should've started by now. Let's move.'
