Was Naruto taking me to the Final Valley again for our (no doubt) "talk"? We just passed it on our way back, there was no way I was travelling again today. But.... I was wrong. Instead of taking me towards the Main Gate, he took me in the opposite direction, towards the Hokage monument. I trudged along to face the inevitable. On our way through the Village, a lot of people were pointing and staring at me. I felt a little uncomfortable. Normally, Naruto would stand up for me, even offer to punch some faces, but this time; he just ignored it.
I tried my best to ignore it too. I knew Naruto had sometimes received the same treatment when he was younger, and wouldn't want anyone else to go through it.
But after all, I was a rouge, and I hate to admit it, but I deserve it. Yes, I do. I had killed Danzo. No regrets comes with no complaining.
After a long (not really, but felt like it) and uncomfortable walk, we reached the base of the Hokage monument. I gulped when I saw what waited for me.
All the rookies, along with their sensei.
Uh-oh. Can't wriggle outta this one.
'Hana!' Kiba exploded. 'Are you serious?!' I winced as I walked towards them. Shino sighed. 'Leave it to Kiba t ruin the show.' Tenten glared at him. 'You call this a show?!' Guy sensei cocked his head to one side. 'The best show is the might of youth!'
Looks like I'm gonna be here all day.
I folded my arms and waited patiently while Lee also said something about the "Might of Youth", and then Guy sensei suggested that they should do push-ups to prove their dedication.
'100!'
'200'
'500!'
'700!'
'1000!'
'Guy sensei, isn't that a bit much?'
'Nothing is impossible with the power of youth!'
'Right!'
And they started, right then and there.
There were sighs of defeat all around.
'Anyway,' Kakashi sensei said. 'Guy and Lee can listen while they do push-ups. Now that they have started, there's no stopping them.' Shikamaru face-palmed. 'what a drag. Let's just get this over with. The sooner we start, the sooner we finish.'
'Right.'
'Hana, we need to know why you left, what you did, why you came back and why you left yet again,' Kurenai sensei said. I nodded grimly.
Fifteen minutes later, we were done.
I poured my heart and soul out, and they listened. After I was done, I thanked them for listening, and told them it was their choice about weather I should be treated as an outcast or not. I then turned and walked away, holding back tears.
After I was out of sight, I broke into a full sprint, heading into the forest. After I was a good distance inside, I jumped up on a branch, tears flowing down my face. I just sat there for a while, before Naruto came. He hugged me, and I made his jacket wet with salt water.
When it got dark, Naruto carried me, bridal style, towards his apartment. I fell asleep on the way.

I opened my eyes to see Naruto's ceiling the next morning, woken up by his snores. It was six o'clock. Naruto was on the couch, almost falling off. Mouth open, drool pooling on his pillow. Limbs in all awkward directions. The sheets were a tangled mess. I could swear he mouthed "Ramen", and then I couldn't hold back my laughter. I quickly teleported somewhere, anywhere, before I burst out laughing.
