After everything that happened between them, Kylie finally realized that Ryan can never see anything good in her. I guess my heart is really stupid for falling in love with someone who only wants to see me in pain.

Ryan will never listen to her. She wishes he knew what she's going through because of him, even though she knows she needs to control her emotions and be stronger, or else Ryan will take advantage of her.

"Why am I so worried about his wound? The same hands he used to hurt her are the same hands she's worried about."

Why do I feel the pain more instead... Shouldn't I be happy that he's hurt?

A lot of people will think I'm stupid for feeling bad for him, but I know I'm not. My heart just can't bear to see anyone in pain, not even my enemies.

                              ************

Kylie went into his room to apply some ointment to his wound.
"Don't you dare step into this room again," he growled as he pinned her against the wall.

"I-I just wanted to apply this ointment to your wound."

I tried my best to control my breathing, but I failed miserably. Cupping my chin, he pulled my face towards him. My whole body shook with terror. He gave me a threatening glare with his intense blue eyes, sending shivers down my spine.

Get this through your thick skull, I don't need your help. Stay away from me and my room."
He muttered, his voice laced with anger and disgust.

                                 KYLIE P.O.V
Kylie stormed into his room, seething with anger. "Don't you dare set foot in this room again," he snarled, forcefully pinning her against the wall.

"I-I just wanted to apply the damn ointment to your stupid wound."

He advanced towards me, fueling my fury.

I tried my damnedest to control my breathing, but it was futile. He grabbed my chin, yanking my face towards his. Fear coursed through my entire body, causing me to tremble. His piercing blue eyes bore into mine, emanating a menacing glare that sent chills down my spine.

**********

Kylie's anger burned within her as she mustered up the courage to respond to his words. "How dare you speak to me like that?" she retorted, her voice laced with frustration and defiance. "I was only trying to help you, despite everything you've done. But if this is how you want to treat me, then fine. I'll leave you to deal with your own mess."

Ryan's response was filled with indifference and dismissiveness. "You always find a way to make everything about you, don't you?" he scoffed, his tone dripping with sarcasm. "You think you're so selfless, but all you do is cause trouble. I don't need your help, and I certainly don't need your pity. Just stay out of my life."

You just don't get it, do you?" Kylie's voice quivered with sadness. "You are accusing the wrong person, and yet you won't let me defend myself? She looks so frail, like she's about to collapse. I don't want to spend my life paying for the sin didn't commit. Ryan, please think about what's best for us."

Think? He scoff, you must be crazy.

"I'm divorcing you, Kylie! After signing the divorce papers, the legal system will holds you accountable for the loss of my sister. I will make sure you rot in jail for the rest of your life bitch."

"I can't believe this is happening. He's divorcing me. After signing the divorce papers, the legal system will apparently hold me accountable for the loss of his sister. He wants me to rot in jail for the rest of my life. It's hard to comprehend the anger and hatred he has towards me, not the crime I didn't commit." I sat down trying to process everything.

"Stand up, Kylie," his voice commanded with authority. She quickly obeyed, rising to her feet.

He pressed her against the wall once again, his grip tight and painful. He needed to make himself clear to her, knowing how stubborn she could be at times.

"Isn't this what you've wanted all along?" he asked, his gaze fixed on her. "You wanted me to divorce you. Shouldn't you be happy?"

"Ryan, please, I'm begging you. I don't want to end up behind bars. Can't we find another way to work things out? We're both hurting, and I believe there must be a way to resolve our issues without going to such extremes.

Resolve our issues, you say? Why should I attempt to resolve issues with someone who has committed a serious crime? Are you out of your mind?

I want to assure you that I had no part in your sister's unfortunate situation or her suffering. Let's have an open conversation where I can share my side of the story and address any misunderstandings. It's crucial that we approach this with fairness and consider all perspectives before you make any judgments. She looked at him, desperately hoping for a chance.

Ryan's Ultimatum
As the room fell into an eerie silence, Ryan's words hung heavy in the air. "He pushed her," he declared, his voice laced with anger and frustration. "In one week, if you don't prove yourself guilty, you will pay for it."

Kylie, mind struggling to comprehend the weight of his words. How could he be so callous, so quick to judge? She had hoped for empathy, for understanding, but all she received was this ultimatum.
