After a few hours, Kylie gathered the strength to open her eyes. It hit her as she realized her surroundings and what had happened. Tears streamed down her cheeks. Then, she heard someone speaking to her.

"Hey," he said, smiling in his blue printed suit. "Are you okay?" he asked, sounding concerned.

"Y-yes I'm," she whispered weakly, mustering a smile.

"I'm Jack by name."

"I'm Kylie William."

Kylie..?
He couldn't believe Kylie was right in front of him. He couldn't let this opportunity slip away.

"A-are you my doctor?" she asked, hopeful for an answer. "Is something wrong, sir?"

"No, dear. I'm not your doctor. I'm the one who accidentally hit you. By the way, where do you work?" he asked.

"I don't work. I got fired today," she said sadly.

"I'm so sorry, dear," he said, gently holding her hands. "Can I make it up to you? I'm actually working on a new project and I want to offer you the chance to work with us. I think you'd be perfect for it. Will you work with me, Ms. William?"

"B-but I don't even know you. Why would you want to help me?" she asked, looking at him with confusion.

"Like I said, I want to make it up to you. And based on what you just told me, I can't help but offer you this job."

"Y-yes, I will," she said excitedly. "Where and what time should I come?"

"Meet me at Carter Enterprise at 8am. I'll be waiting for you."

"Thank you so much." She wanted to scream for having such a big Opportunity but she tried to hide her excitement.
today was such a lucky day for her, luckily she wasn't much wounded, it was just a few bruises.

It's impossible to see good people like that huh!

Kylie's point of view (POV): It was exactly 8am. The taxi driver took me to 'Carter Enterprise,' a tall glass building. I saw Jack waiting for me. When he saw me, he walked towards me.

"Hello, Ms. William," he said in a professional tone. I blushed because he was so close to me. "My boss will be proud to have someone like you working for him, Ms. William," he said with a smile.

"T-thank you... you seem really happy today."

"That's because I am. Let's go in, Ms. Kylie. If only you knew how much you saved my job, even though it hurts to see you in this uncomfortable situation."

"What do you mean?" she asked, confused.

"Nothing, let's go, shall we?"

We entered the building, and Jack stopped by the receptionist, saying something I couldn't quite hear. I took the opportunity to admire the grandeur of Carter Enterprise. I never imagined being near, let alone inside, such a big company. Just then, I heard Jack calling out to me.

"A penny for your thoughts?"

""Sorry, I got carried away," she said, nervously holding her hands. They headed to the 15th floor, their destination. As they arrived, a woman in her late 20's approached Jack. He directed me to the waiting area, mentioning that Ryan had some guests.

"what a nice place" i muttered to myself one of the lady heard me.
"Yeah i just hope the CEO isn't an old fart"
she said jokingly which makes the both of us laugh just then Jack appeared again and told me to follow him.

Jack slightly opened the door before asking me to go inside
"Ladies first." he said it, in a gentleman manner

"Good morning, Mr. Carter," Jack greeted nervously, which almost made me burst into laughter. The man had his back turned to us, seemingly engrossed in the view through the transparent glass wall. When he heard Jack's voice, he slowly turned his chair to face us.
