Ariana's POV

"Hi."

I was sitting alone in the bleachers, trying to finish a paper work when Drey approached me with a big smile. Dropping his bag on the floor, he sat beside me.

"Hey, what's up?" I replied.

"Cool. What are you doing here in the gym all alone?" He asked with a bit of amusement curiosity.

"Tinatapos ko lang 'tong pinapagawa ni Sir Gomez." Sambit ko. "Eh ikaw? Bakit ka nandito?"

"This is my spot. The school is crowded but the gym is always empty so I come here often." Sagot nito.

Naningkit ang mga mata ko at saka nagbiro. "If I didn't know any better, I assume that you are stalking me."

"Ha! In your dreams, Ariana." He said laughing and shuffled his hair and leaned to see what I was writing down on my notes. "Hmm... so this is how a student with A+ grades does her homework. Amusing."

I only shook my head and continue what I was doing while Luke started digging on his bag. Not long after, he took a bag of ships and a can soda. He opened the ships and offered it to me. "Want some?"

"Yes, later. Thanks."

"Haven't seen Arrow." He said out of the blue while munching on his ships.

I froze, my pen just stopped scribbling and just like that I remembered him again. I was trying to concentrate on my studies and tried hard not to think about Jaxxon but just the mere mention of his name changes everything. Drey seemed to noticed this and turned towards me.

"Oh sorry. Did I say something wrong?"

Ipinikit ko ang mga mata upang pigilan ang sarili sa pag-iyak pero wala paring nangyari. Unti-unting nangingilid ang mga luha ko habang pilit na itinatago ito kay Drey. Damn, I hate myself for being dramatic. Do I have to cry every time I hear his name? Why am I so weak?

Lumapit pa sa akin ng bahagya si Drey, inalis ang nakapatong na notes sa hita ko at hinagod ang likod ko. "Are you okay? May nasabi ba ako? Why are you crying?"

"No, it's nothing. Sorry kung bigla nalang akong naiyak nang walang dahilan. Just don't mind me. Gosh, I'm so dramatic." Sambit ko habang pinupunasan ang mga luha gamit ang palad ko.

"You can't just cry without a reason. Is this about Arrow?" He asked and just like that I cried even harder. "I knew it. May ginawa ba siya sayo? Nag-away ba kayo? Did he hurt you? What happened, tell me."

"Wala na kami, Drey." Sambit ko habang humihikbi. Napatigil ito sa paghagod sa likod ko ngunit hindi na nagtanong pa at hinintay nalang akong magsalita. "We can't be together anymore."

"Anong ibig mong sabihin? Did he cheat?"

"No." I sobbed snaking my head. Kahit ganon' si Jaxxon, kahit basagulero siya at laging naghahamon ng away ay hinding-hindi niya ako kayang lokohin. "He's... he's my brother."

There was a long pause before Drey spoke again. "How did that happen? I mean, that's impossible."

I told him everything and he just listened. I haven't told anyone else about this, not even Cherry. Kaya sa tuwing lalapit sa akin si Cherry at magtatanong tungkol kay Jaxxon ay inuunahan ko na ito at iniiba ang topic. Maybe I wasn't ready to tell people about it yet but somehow I felt comfortable sharing it to Drey. He just held me close as I tell him the story and cried against his chest.

"Come with me." I heard him whisper as his hand run up and down my back as he tried to comfort me.

I had to raised my head to look at him to make sure I heard him right. "What?"
