Ariana's POV

"What hickeys?" Tanong ko sa galit na galit na si Jaxxon.

I jump when Jaxxon grabbed the back of my neck and made me twist my head. He became even more tense when he confirmed the hickeys he was talking about were real.

"Don't pretend you don't know. Who the fuck did this to you?!" He yelled.

Wala akong makitang salamin sa sala ni Jaxxon kaya ginamit ko nalang ang camera ng phone ko upang tignan ang sinasabi nito.

"Oh god." Napatakip nalang ako ng bibig nang makumpirma ang sinasabi nito. Indeed, I have one big hickey and two small ones. How come I never noticed this?

"Shit. Alexis!" I exclaimed when I realized he had seen these hickeys this morning when he was helping me with my stiff neck. Kaya pala iba ang reaksyon nito kanina nang makita ang leeg ko. Naku! Ano nalang kaya ang iniisip nito tungkol sa akin.

"Alexis, huh? I think I know who that fucker is." Nanggagalaiti sa galit na lumabas ng bahay si Jaxxon patungo sa garahe niya.

"Hey, san ka pupunta?" Hinabol ko ito na nakasakay na sa big bike niya.

"I'm going to kill that fucker who did that you!" He roared while grabbing his helmet.

"Kill him-what?!" Napasigaw nalang ako.

He must've thought it was Alexis who gave these hickeys. Damn! I can't let him do anything to Alexis.

"Kumalma ka nga lang muna. He didn't do it. You-"

"Shut the fuck up. I'm killing him and don't try to stop me."

Now I have no choice but to tell him the truth. I was planning to pretend that yesterday didn't happen but Jaxxon is leaving me no choice. And Jaxxon is not giving me a chance to tell him the truth. As usual, pinapairal nanaman niya ang galit.

Because he wouldn't listen to me, I snatched his helmet and key away from him and threw them in the lawn.

"Go and kill yourself then!" I yelled in annoyance.

Galit na bumaba si Jaxxon mula sa big bike nito at mahigpit na hinawakan ang magkabilang braso ko. "You're protecting him?!"

"I'm not protecting anyone! You gave me these hickeys and you don't even remember it!" I screamed in his face.

Tinulak ko ito, pinulot ang plastic ng gamot sa sahig at saka hinagis ito sa kanya. Galit akong lumabas ng bahay niya at padabog na isinara ang gate nito.

The nerve of that guy! He was ready to kill the guy who did this to me but it was actually him in the first place! He tried to force himself on me last night while he was sick and he don't remember it. Now he has the nerve to scream at me!

I was fumming in the middle of the road, on the way to my house when Jaxxon decided to follow me and caught me by surprise when he suddenly tossed me over his shoulder like I'm some empty sack.

"Hey what are you doing? Ibaba mo nga ako!" Sigaw ko nang mag-umpisa itong maglakad pabalik sa bahay nito.

"You just told me I gave you those hickeys, you think I'll let you get away?" He said.

"Jaxxon!" I continued to trash over his shoulder but he doesn't seem affected by it.

Ibinaba ako nito at pina-upo sa sofa. I crossed my arms and glared at him. What does he want now?

"What do you want? You're gonna take advantage of me while you're sober?" I mocked.

"Take advantage?" He asked. "Did... did something happened between us last night?"
