Your P.O.V.
As I listened to the song, I couldn't help but think of Bill. His brown hair and hazel eyes. The way he never stuttered when he was nervous. The song came to an end and I remained on my bed.
Even though I had feelings for him, he wouldn't like me. I mean, look at me, I'm a mess. It could've been Ben. I know that he loves writing poems. But he has a crush on Beverly. It isn't Mike. Stanley isn't the romantic type. Eddie and Richie are head over heels for each other. But maybe it wasn't someone from our friendgroup. All these thoughts were giving me a headache. So I decided to go for a stroll. Before leaving, I shoved my mom's gun in my bag. Henry and his goons might be wandering around. Better safe than sorry. I got my backpack and hopped on my bike.
It was a rather sunny afternoon. It hadn't rained in weeks. I was near the kissing bridge when I heard voices. I froze when I realized who they belonged to.
Bill and Henry.
