Bill's P.O.V.
Y/n and I joked on the way to my house. Usually, I would be nervous about telling my parents about us. But, surprisingly, I wasn't. I was excited. I hadn't felt this happy since...well since before Georgie's...disappearance.
I felt sort of guilty. He will never experience this. He didn't have the chance to have a girlfriend or boyfriend. I pushed the thought of my brother away. He'd want me to be happy.Y/n: Bill...Bill!
I snapped out of my trance and looked at Y/n.
Y/n: Are you nervous?
I gently pecked her lips.
Bill: Nope
She smiled softly.
After a few more minutes, we arrived in front of the house.
Bill: We're home!
Mom walked out of the kitchen, wiping her hands on her apron.
Was she cooking? Mom hadn't cooked much since Georgie's death. Our diet mostly consisted of takeout and pre-cooked meals. I was happy that she was moving on.Mom: Hello, sweetheart. Hello Y/n. How are you?
Y/n: Great! You?
Mom: Alright actually. Will you be staying for dinner? I'm making spaghetti and meatballs.
Y/n: I'd love to. Thank you
Bill: Y/n and I are going t-to my room
We ran up the stairs as mom shouted behind us.
Mom: Door stays open!
Bill: Yeah
We sat on my bed, leaving the door ajar.
Bill: W-What do you wanna do?
Y/n: Ummm...20 questions?
Bill: Sure. You g-go first.
Y/n: Okay. Have you ever shoplifted?
Bill: Once. Ben was bleeding to death so I stole some stuff from Mr.Keenes store.
Y/n: Oh, yeah. Bev told me about that.
Bill: What do you think is your biggest flaw?
Y/n: I think I'm impatient and snap easily. You?
Bill: I don't think twice before saying something. Okay, next. Describe me in two words.
Y/n: Loving and loyal. Describe me in two words.
Bill: Bitter sweet
