Alex and The Unwanteds

Part 11

"Oh is that someone you know? Now that i think of it, you look just like him!" said a tall buff man. He draws his sword and pointed it at the old man's throat. "It would be a shame if anything were to happen to him."

"I'll do anything. Please just let him live. Please I'll do anything." Alex begged.

"This man was a real pain to us. I really want him dead and i'm sure everyone here is to." The man smiled as he saw Alex's eyes widened as he brought his sword up. He brought it down decapitating the head from the body. Everyone was silent for a second. Alex yelled in agony as he saw the head roll. It stopped rolling and with his eyes half opened looked at Alex.

A tear fell from Alex's eye. Everyone laughed as the saw the head. The bulky man picked up the head by the hair and crouched in front of Alex. He raised the head and smiled as a few tears rolled down Alex's eyes. Then the guy picked up Alex spear and stabbed it threw his chest.

Alex tried to breath but no air came. Everything was silent for Alex. Everything was slowed down. He didn't know what to do anymore. Just then the pain on his back exploded beyond words.

Everyone backed away from him as he yelled in pain but not from the stab from the chest but from wings that was coming out of his back. Black wings shot out of his wings.

Alex screamed a scream that sent chills down everyone's back. Alex stood up and his head fell to one side. His hair changed color from brown to white immediately. Alex pulled out the spear from his chest and threw it to the side. He took a step forward and a great amount of power sent the falling backwards. The man who put the spear grabbed his sword and charged at Alex.

He stabbed him through the gut and smiled thinking he killed him. Alex looked up and into his eyes. Alex's hand immediately went to his throat.

Alex started to choke him and the man put his hands to his throat trying to rip away Alex's hands from his throat but to no avail. After a minutes there was a crack and Alex let go of the body, which fell on the floor unmoving. Alex raised his hand and a black spear formed out of nowhere. He turned around and looked at the crowd. Alex drew his arm back and was about to throw it at them when he dropped the spear causing the ground to shake.

Alex's hand punched his face causing a shockwave. Alex tumbled to one side. Then his other hand punched his face causing another small shockwave.

Alex's right hand grabbed a sword on the ground and stabbed himself in the gut multiple times.

Finally out of nowhere all the intensity and Alex was looking at the ceiling. He was back. He grabbed his spear and used it to pick himself up. Once up he looked down and saw that he was covered in blood. Then out of nowhere he felt his back in pain and fell onto his knees. His wings were going back into his back.

This time Alex didn't scream He just didn't feel like like it. Once the wings disappeared he got back up and and looked at the crowd with narrowed eyes. The crowd immediately turned around and ran for their life.

Alex turned around and looked at the body of his dead grandfather. He crouched down and picked up the necklace that he was wearing. He put it in his pocket. He tried to not cry but he had to keep moving forward using the spear as his walking stick.

Alex put a fake face on and when he was at the corner where Sky and the others were hiding.

"Let's go." Alex said and kept walking to the door. He pressed the button which the door opened Alex grabbed a mask and handed it to Sky and the other to her mother. He grabbed one for himself for he was really weak.

Once ready Alex pressed the button and water came in. They swam back up. Sky;s mother had trouble swimming for she didn't know how to.

Owen paddled them back and the got aboard the ship. Johnny and the others pulled the sail up and the immediately set sail Agnes rushed over to Alex and made him sit down on a chair.

She began to work on him as Alex looked up into the sky. He closed his eyes and slept.

Owen and Carina talked to the others telling them what happened while Sky and her mother were telling each other what happened in the past years.

Agnes listened to the whole conversation and stopped when Owen mentioned something about black wings.

"Now that i realize it, his hair changed color. It's now white." said Carina looking at his hair.

"Do you think his some sort of demon or angel?" asked Agnes.

"I don't think he's either of them. Demons are have black hair and everything while angels are the same but are white. But you said that you saw him with both black wings and he has white hair." said Johnny.

"So then what is he?" asked Owen. They all thought about if for a few minutes.

"We'll he must have not told us for a couple reasons. Let's try to get it within ourselves for now." Carina said.

"Guys?" Agnes immediately got up. All of their attention went to Alex as his injuries seemed to heal quickly. After about twenty minutes, he seemed fully healed.

"We have to tell Mr. Today once we get back." Will said. They didn't say anything.

Alex coughed and opened his eyes. He looked around and saw that he was in a chair and he looked at them staring at him.

"What?" Alex asked. They said nothing. "Who's steering the ship?"

"I tied a rope to the wheel so it would go straight." Will said.

Alex got up and walked to the head of the ship. Their he heard a small roaring noise. It seemed to get louder and louder each second. Alex's eyes widened as he figure out if was a waterfall in the ocean.

"Guys we have a problem!" Alex shouted. Everyone including Sky and her mother went above deck to see what was happening.

They all were shocked to see what was happening. Alex ran sto the wheel and took off the rope trying to steer the ship to the side but it seemed like the waterfall was sucking them and the couldn't get out.

"The ship won't steer! Everyone tie yourself to something! We are going to have to down it!" Alex shouted. The edge was starting to come closer and closer by the second.

He threw rope to everyone and made sure everyone was tied. He the tied himself to the front of the ship. Just then he felt them fall. There was only a loud noise and he felt himself get untied by the rope. He quickly grabbed it and held onto it. Just then somebody's body slammed onto his and he held onto it figuring out it was Sky. Alex tied them to the railing and he hugged her tight so she wouldn't fall off.

Then out of nowhere it looked like they were upside down. The necklace which had been in Alex pocket fell out and it seemed to float upwards or fall downwards seeing that they were upside down.

Alex quickly grabbed the necklace with one free hand and held it tight. Then out of nowhere everything back to normal.

Alex and Sky crashed back down on the deck and layed there. Alex tried his best to stay conscious. He held onto Sky's unconscious body waiting to see if there was going to be any more loops. After a few minutes Alex raised his head above the railing and saw the a storm was quickly starting to appear he groaned. It was literally a problem after a problem.

He untied himself and shook Sky away. She got up and looked around and looked at the Sky.

"We need to wake the ones that are unconscious." Alex said and ran towards the people who were unconscious, shaking them awake. They all noticed the storm and Alex ran to the steer. Alex had to make sure that they go threw the waves and that they don't crash into the ship for they gradually damage the ship.

Alex saw and island when the lightning flashed in the sky. Alex screamed that they were going to have to crash into the island. Water splashed all over them as they neared it.
