Alex and The Unwanteds

Part 23

This time, it seemed that their legion was gonna attack. They had a elephant on their side which was gonna be controlled by a pretty small girl.

Alex was then instructed that he could not use his wings during the game. They were able to do anything to the other team. They were even able to die but they were able to come back to life for whatever reason. They only had one life so they had to be careful. They need to get the three flags that were on the enemy's fortress.

Alex looked at their base. It was a small castle almost. It had a wall all around the place and the only way in was the large door which was heavily guarded by troops. Alex was in aw for their numbers were enormous compared to their legion. At most they had about five hundred while Alex's group had at most fifty people.

Alex thought of ways to breach through. He decided to bring as much people from afar from far and then attack head on. Alex out stretched his arm and a bow appeared.

Some of the others curiously looked at Alex's black bow. He pulled back three arrows and waited for the horn. He looked at Percy to see him pull out his pen, which he clicked, transforming it into a sword.

Earlier, Frank had told them that archers were to rain arrows down on the enemy legion and to try to get most of them down. So about one third of the people got their bows and got ready to shoot.

The horn blew and they let the arrows fly. Alex spammed arrows and made it rain until his fingers started to hurt. Alex then spawned his daggers and then they charged head on.

Slowed down for he waited for a person to get knocked down. He saw a guy on his knee and ran towards him. Alex jumped off his back, much to the mans dismay and launched himself into a group of people.

Alex sliced guts, throats, everything he new that would quickly kill anyone. Soon enough, he left a trail of dead bodies behind him and was making a path to gate.

Alex would sometimes launch a bunch of daggers onto a bunch of people, instantly killing them. Soon enough, Alex was pretty sure that it was Alex, Percy, Frank, who had turned into a bear somehow, and Hazel, who was barely standing.

Alex made a fire tornado and sent it forward onto another small group. Alex then was near the castle and used the fire to launch himself up and quickly climb the walls.

People were surprised to see him up their but were quickly killed for he sliced their necks. Alex saw one of the flags and quickly killed the people around it. He grabbed the flag and threw it over the ledge.

Alex then went for the other flag which was guarded with a bunch of people. Alex then used the fire to quickly kill most of them and then spammed arrows and the ones who dodged the fire. Alex then grabbed the other flag and threw it over the ledge. Alex looked at the other flag and saw Percy kill somebody and then throw the flag over the ledge.

Alex smiled and looked over the ledge to see people being resurrected.

"We'll that was easy." Percy said walking to Alex. Alex shrugged and high fived him. They both walked back down by the stairs and saw Frank lay on his back panting. He had cuts all over his body and a arrow sticking out of his thigh.

Alex sat down next to him and grabbed a few arrows and, looking around seeing if anybody saw him, stabbed himself in his thigh and his stomach. Frank looked at him like he was crazy and Alex then smiled saying, "I died."

Percy did the same thing and the both fell unconscious. Frank looked at the two guys that literally lead them to victory just stab themselves.

A few hours later they legion celebrated their victory. They all ate and drank for the rest of the evening. Everyone cheered Hazel and Frank for getting the flags, but Frank would try to say it was Alex and Percy who did it. They didn't believe him.

"You guys fight like devils." said a guy patting both of their shoulders. "I've never seen anyone use the flat of their sword to kill somebody and your quick with your daggers. I couldn't even see you slice their necks."

Alex and Percy thanked him for their compliments and he walked away to some girl.

"Ima head back and sleep." Alex said.

A few months later and Alex and Percy slowly got their memories back. They learned how to live in the place and quickly became one of the strongest warriors in Camp Jupiter. They also did games like capturing the castle at least once a month.

Then when Alex, Frank, Percy, and Hazel were out eating some lunch, there was a loud horn noises. Some people watched in dazed as they saw a blond haired guy looking down waving.

Some people cried out and praised saying things in latin. Alex and Percy kept looking and then saw another face pop up next to him. Alex and Percy's eyes widened in shock and they both looked at each other.

Alex then looked at some of the people saying things and Percy asked, "What are they doing?"

Frank and Hazel were wide eyed as they stared at the blond haired kid on the floating ship. It took Hazel a few minutes for her to answer.

"I think that's Jason. If it is, then we have our preator back." Hazel answered.

Alex was a bit shocked as he then noticed Reana, another preator walking quickly in the crowd to almost under the ship. After a few minutes Camp Jupiter and the ship came into an agreement of a trce because of Jason.

Four people came down. Alex looked at all of them and noticed Annabeth. She didn't seem to realize Percy and them. Alex could feel Percy tensing up.

Alex whispered to Percy saying, "Just wait until we have time. If they look over, just wave at them and i'm pretty sure they'll notice us."

Alex looked at one kid who was pretty scrawny. He had brown messy hair and had multiple tools around his belt. Some oil was on his clothing for itr seemed he was working on something.

Alex then looked at the girl who was next to Jason. She had brown hair and was wearing a orange shirt which seemed pretty familiar. On the shirt it said Camp Half Blood. Some memories rushed into Alex and remembered the small war. He remembered fighting in a large building defending something. She was also wearing blue jeans.

Next to her was the guy named Jason. He had blond hair and was wearing a purple shirt like Alex and some of the other people. He had a SPQR tattoo on his forearm like Percy and Alex but had a few more marks then them. Percy and Alex each had one line for joining. They were both told by Frank that the longer you server, the more you get.

After a while of talking, they watched Annabeth pull out two scrolls and unwrapped them. They watched her nod and told a scrawny and small man next to her and gave him the two scrolls.

He nodded with narrowed eyes and walked off to some guards. After a few minutes, the five went away into Reynas small mansion. Alex and Percy were a bit troubled.

Then two guards walked over and looked at the scrolls and looked at Percy and Alex.

"Follow me you two." said one guard. Alex and Percy looked at Frank and Hazel who just nodded.

Alex and Percy followed the two guards into Reynas mansion. They walked in the halls where a bunch of paintings were.

They then walked into a room where they saw the five of them. All eyes were on them when they entered. Alex looked at Percy and he was staring at annabeth and so was she. For a second they froze and quickly walked to each other and embraced into a kiss.

Alex looked at the floor and waited for them to finnish. After a few seconds, they parted and the two were asked to come and listened.

Alex and Percy walked over to the table where they were discussing about some plans. While listening, they four who came on ship
