Alex and The Unwanteds

Part 21

Alex was about to set his first trap down when he heard cars. Alex quickly grabbed a explosive arrow and ran outside. He saw multiple vans parking. Alex took a step back and shot a arrow the the building.

A few minutes later Percy was next to him. They watched as campers poured out of the vans. Then Alex watched as Chiron walked out of his wheelchair and walked towards them with everyone behind following behind.

"We are really sorry for not believing you, Percy." Chiron said.

Percy nodded and said, "They haven't been able to get above the second floor thanks to Alex's explosives but i felt we weren't gonna be able to hold it that long seeing we were just two people against hordes of monsters."

A few minutes later, they walked into the building and everyone was surprised to see the room filled with gold dust. Someone opened the door and were completely covered in gold dust.

Alex and Percy sat down barely staying awake listened as Chiron told them that they could rest now and that they had it for now.

Alex and Percy nodded and went up a few floors which haven't been occupied and slept on sofas.

After about two days of sleep, hey woke up but to something else. Annabeth started to yell telling them that Kronos reached Olympus. Both Alex's and Percy's eyes widened. They quickly got up and ran to the elevator.

Percy pressed the hundredth floor and then all of a sudden, the elevator went so fast that the three had trouble standing. In just a few seconds, they were at the door.

The doors opened and the ran. Alex followed Percy and Annabeth as they both ran towards a big, white marble palace. They passed through many houses which seemed deserted.

Alex then felt the sudden power. He gulped but kept going. He needed to aveng Sky. They kept running with weapons drawn. Alex was running with his bow.

Once at the the place they saw Kronos laughing as he raised his scythe. He swung at a big chair made of weapons. It shook but didn't fall down.

"Kronos!" Percy yelled. His attention flicked over to the three whose weapons were drawn. He smiled at the three of them.

Alex drew three arrows and shot at them at his chest. He just side stepped it. Kronos smiled as he took a step towards them.

Percy and Annabeth ran towards him. Alex spammed arrows at Kronos. All shots bounced off his body. Alex growled and took out his daggers.

He then rushed over as Percy fought Kronos with Annabeth. Kronos just smiled as he blocked every slice from both of them. They Annabeth got cut and she fell to her knees. Kronos just ignored her and kept fighting Percy.

Alex grabbed Annabeth by the back of her shirt and slid her away. Alex then lunged at Kronos back. The daggers bounced off his back.

Alex was a bit shocked.

"You need to keep stabbing until you can feel a weak spot." Percy yelled as he dodged a slice.

Alex grunted and tried slicing everywhere on his chest when he had the chance. Alex saw Percy get sliced and he was about to fall onto his knee when Kronos brought down his scythe onto Percy's sword.

Percy then fell onto both knees. Alex seeing this kicked the back of Luke's knees making him fall backward. Alex then made a sword and tried cutting his right arm.

It bounced back up and he tried cutting the whole arm. Nothing worked. Kronos was back up and Alex was doing his best dodging all of his attacks. Alex had few chances to attack.

Kronos then slide downwards onto his head. Alex sidestepped it and quickly went behind him. He tried cutting his other arm.

Kronos seeing this, quickly moved his arm and tried to slice at him again. Alex smiled and said, "Ah, so that's where it is."

Kronos smiled disappeared. His eyes narrowed and said, "You very observant."

Alex then pulled out his bow and started to shoot at his arm. He sliced most of the arrows but the ones that hit, helped Alex pinpoint where it could be. Alex then settled that iit could either be on his wrist or on his fingers.

Alex shot a few more shots. He blocked all of them. Alex was about to shoot more but then the arrows stopped mid air. Alex was in slow motion.

He watched as Kronos walked over to him and he said, "You are very tricky. Very tricky." Kronos repeated.

Kronos was in front of him when he was about to struck the scythe down on him, but broke the time thing and tackled him. Kronos dropped his scythe when tackled. Alex grabbed his right arm and was about to cut his wrist with a dagger but got a punch sending him flying away.

Alex got up and felt his nose broken. Alex grunted and put his fingers on his nose. Alex eyes were on Kronos but his eyes were shaky. Kronos picked up his scythe and walked over to Percy. He raised his scythe and was gonna cut him down.

Alex eyes widened. He got up and his wings came out. Alex was then covered in fire and he lunged at Kronos. Kronos attention snapped to Alex and took a step back.

"HOW!" Kronos yelled, "HOW DID YOU BECOME HER CHAMPION!"

Alex grabbed Kronos left arm and his skin started to melt. Kronos tried cutting him down but Alex grabbed the scythe. It started to melt in his hand. Kronos tried to yank it out of his hand but failed to do so.

It melted and Kronos just watched as melted and fell onto the ground. He fell onto his knees and picked up the melted meddle.

Alex then made a spear and used the butt of it to knock him down onto his back. Alex's left foot rested onto his chest and the fire melted his skin.

Kronos screamed in agony. Alex then put his right foot on Kronos left arm. Kronos eyes widened and started to curse at him. Alex then brought his spear down onto his wrist.

Alex watched as Kronos screamed something before exploding into gold dust. Alex fell onto his knees and breathed in and out. All of his energy had been drained by the cuts he got from Kronos.

He then heard multiple steps and turned his head to see a couple of campers and hunters. They saw Alex barely standing, Percy on one knee, and Annabeth who was passed out. They saw the pile of gold dust and cheered. Then Alex eyes rolled to his head and layed on the ground.

Alex then woke up in a room. Alex got up and looked around. He saw that he wasn't in the camp. Alex got off the bed and walked to the door. He opened it and saw that he was on Olympus. Somebody saw him open the door and called something back to somebody.

Then Alex watched as a boy who seemed to be fifteen run towards him. He had blond hair with blue eyes so he thoughts him as a kid of Apollo.

He told Alex to follow him and that the gods were waiting for him. Alex looked at him puzzled and followed him towards the white marble. As he walked in he saw multiple giants sitting on the large chairs he worked so hard to protect.

Their was about twelve chairs all together. In the head of all the chairse was a man with a lighting bolt in his right hand. He had a white beard and lighting looking eyes.

Alex just stared at them and asked, "Hi."

The white bearded man's eyes narrowed and said in a deep voice, "Will you not bow?"

Alex looked at him confused and looked to his left to see the blond guy bowing. Alex eyes made a silent "o" and did the same thing as the other guy was doing.

"Rise young one." he then said. Alex then got up and waited for him to say anything. The other guy left and once gone, the bearded man
