I held a ice pack to my face thanks to Alex. My tears wouldn't stop flowing and my heart was beating like a jack rabbit. I was pissed off and hurt. I truly didn't know which I felt more too be honest.

The door to the hotel was knocked on and Alex went and opened it. A few seconds later, Miss Aja King was standing in front of me. Her head tilted when she noticed my stance. "Who the hell hit you?"

Shaking my head, I didn't want to tell her. "Nobody. It's nothing."

Alex spoke. "Don't lie to her. Shawn hit her because they got into it over some chick."

Aja's eyes went from Alex to me as she asked. "She hit you?" I didn't reply and she spoke again. "Janet, I need to hear you say it. Did she hit you?"

"Yeah." I mumbled as I put my head down in embarrassment.

"So where she at?" Aja asked suddenly causing my head to shoot back up.

"What? No. You can't fight her. It's okay." I got frantic because even though I was pissed at Shawn, I still loved her. I didn't want them to fight because of me. "She didn't mean it. She was just angry."

Aja scoffed as she ignored my statement. "I'm whooping her ass whenever I see her. I don't care where. I'll beat her ass in the mother fucking church house if it comes down to it. The hell she putting her hands on you for?"

"I don't think she meant it guys."

Alex looked at me. "Janet... I'm sorry but shut the hell up. If she hits you once, she'll do that shit again given the opportunity. I don't care with the situation is, once you raise your hand to the other person, it's a wrap."

"So, where she go? She tell you?" Aja asked me.

I shrugged. "I don't know. She didn't say."

"She took her shit?" Aja began looking around for things.

"No. It's still in the room." I pointed over to it.

"Good. She'll be back then. Great, that's all I wanted to know."

"Wait Aja, maybe you shouldn't do this here, I mean—." Alex tried just to be cut off by the door of the hotel opening. Shawn walked in and my heart dropped.

We met eye contact before she looked at Alex and then Aja who was pulling her weave back into a ponytail.

Shawn pointed at Aja as she sat down the flowers that was in her hand. "Da hell is she doing here?"

I stood up as I put the ice pack down and tried to talk. "She—."

"I'm here because I want you to get balls and hit me like you hit her." Aja muttered as she took off one of the coats she had on and let it hit the ground.

"Aja." Alex called out warningly.

Shawnette scoffed. "What happens between me and my girlfriend is me and my girlfriend. Quite frankly I don't think it's any of your damn concern."

"Okay, you know what, we doing too much talking. Let's just fight." Aja charged at her and Alex and I got between them before they could actually fight.

"Stop." I told Aja as I faced her.

Shawn yelled at me suddenly. "I know damn well you not defending that bitch."

"Bitch?" Aja asked as she looked around. "Ou, girl I swear to God. Matter fact, I got yo bitch."

Aja backed up and went around the couch. Alex and I couldn't catch her in time and before we knew it Aja had punched Shawn in the jaw hard. My mouth dropped as they began fighting.

Alex and I stood frozen for a moment before I pushed Alex suddenly. "We need to break them up now!"

We rushed over and I grabbed Aja as Alex grabbed Shawn. Shawn had grabbed Aja's hair which was preventing us from separating the two. Aja punched Shawn blindly this time for she couldn't see her. "Let my hair go hoe!"

"Shawn! Damn it. Let her hair go!" I yelled getting impatient with the whole situation and circumstance.

Shawn let her hair go after Aja kept swinging on her and finally we were able to pull them apart. "So you gone grab that bitch instead of me?!"

Aja began trying to get to her again but my grip stayed firm. "Call me out my name one more time! I want you to! Janet let me go!"

They were loud, so loud that I was surprised security hadn't come by now. Shawn fought against Alex. "You call her into our fucking room Janet?! Are you fucking serious?"

"Nah, are you serious?! Do you see her fucking face? I don't care what the argument was about, you don't put yo hands on her unless you want your shit to get rocked!" Aja yelled back instead of giving me time to answer.

My girlfriend scoffed as she shook out of Alexandria's grip and headed for the door. She threw the vase of flowers at the wall and it shattered as she spoke. "You keep this same fucking energy when you lonely Janet. You call her instead of me next time."

I made a face because one, Janet Jackson only gets lonely when I'm singing the song, and two she called me whenever she got bored. When I heard the door shut, I let Aja go.

For some reason, I was mad. Maybe because I didn't want them to fight, maybe because I don't like seeing Aja like that. I knew that I was more mad at myself than anything else though. That was the part that made it worse. "Get out."

"Huh?" Alex asked me as Aja turned and faced me.

"I don't want you all here. Go. Leave!" I snapped and I watched as Alex eyes widened.

Aja scoffed as she picked up her jacket and belongings. "Fine, I'll go. You're fucking welcome by the way."

They left and as soon as the door shut I sat on the couch as I took a deep breath. How the hell did I let all of this go down?
