It was a clear cool night as she ran in the woods tears rolling down her face, she can't take the constant fighting in her head anymore. One day everything is fine the next day the voices are screaming too loud, she can't handle her demons anymore she can't keep fighting them, she's tried and she just wants it to all stop. She done with the constant fear that she'll slip into her old ways and hurt herself again, she's sick of the voices and all the horrible things they say/tell her. As she continues to run farther in the woods she trips on a root falling hard into the ground, she lets out a painful sob when she hits the ground, she glances up from her spot on the  ground to see a cliff a little farther ahead of her. She stands on shaky legs and slowly heads to the cliff, when she gets to it she leans over it and looks down, it was a long fall it surely would put an end to everything, she stood there contemplating everything in her mind the good and the bad, was she really ready to end it all? She doesn't know how long she stood there thinking, she was pulled from her thoughts when she noticed a light coming up, she looks out over the cliff to see the sun starting to rise, she watches it rise as it chases the dark of the night away, she can feel the warmth from the sun on her face, she listens to the sounds around her everything sounds so peaceful, the voices in her head are quiet, a small sad smile forms on her face, it might be hard at times but  as long as she can see the sunrise she knows that she can make it through anything. When the darkness gets to much for her she'll remember this moment, and remember that she can always make it to the sunrise.

A/N I got the inspiration for this poems from Our Last Night song Sunrise. It's a beautiful song that has helped me through some very hard times, also another big thank you to all the readers for taking the time and reading these poems. And remember if you're ever going through hard times,
you can make it to the sunrise.
