Logan's POV

The moments that made up the last few months, weeks, days...  They all blurred together and brought me to this moment – the moment that our strong fighter of a baby boy was placed in my arms.

"Oh my God, Ace!  He's here!" I whispered, "He's actually here!"  I couldn't believe my eyes and my heart was so full as I wrapped an arm around her and kept an arm around him and this was my family; it was such an amazingly overwhelming feeling.  It was bittersweet, really, because we would always be missing his twin - our hearts won't ever be truly full, but the excitement of this little guy definitely helped to take some of the edge off of our pain.

She put her hand on his chest and took in a deep shaking breath and smiled as a tear slipped down her cheek, and I could tell she was having the same internal conflict.

I looked at her and smiled, the emotions were consuming me and a tear of my own, and I held her closer with a kiss on the head.  "You did it, baby.  You did so good!  I'm so proud of you, Ace!" I whispered.

"Can I... hold him?" she asked in a small voice and I chuckled lightly.

"Of course you can, baby" I whispered, helping her take him and the smile that lit up her face was the most amazing thing I'd ever seen, so I had to take a picture.

"What are you doing?" she asked with a laugh, and then I came back to her and took a picture of the three of us.

"Taking a family portrait" I whispered happily.

"What's his name?" a nurse asked us.

"Oh – uh – we haven't –" Rory started.

"What about Jacen?" I asked her, the name popping into my head.

"Jacen?  Why Jacen?" she asked.

I shrugged.  "Because it's got Ace in it" I said with a smile, and she smiled, too.  "So what do you think?"

"I think you jump, I jump, Jack" she said with a wink and I chuckled remembered when she'd said that to me before.

"Jacen Jack Huntzberger?" I asked curiously.

"Jacen Jack Huntzberger...  I really love that!  I think that's got a really nice ring to it" she said happily, looking up at me with a smile and I put my hand behind her head and kissed her – I couldn't resist.

Two years later...

"Oh Rory, you look stunning, darling!" Grandma said as I stepped out from behind the stand-alone room dividing shade that I was changing behind.

I smiled and thanked her, hurrying to get all of the details in place.

"What do you think his reaction will be?  Do you think he'll cry?" Lane asked.

"Although I wouldn't be surprised if Huntzberger was reduced to tears, but no.  I think he's going to be far more romantic than that.  He never goes without going all out" Paris pointed out.

"I hate that we're going to miss it!  I wish so bad that we could witness his face when he sees you in this gorgeous dress!" Honor added in awe.

"You'll get to!  Of course you will!  We're having two photographers and videographers there to capture everything.  We won't miss a single moment" I promised them all.

"Rory, I wish you would reconsider.  I know, I know what you've said, that I'm being a traditionalist and you're not – but seeing the bride before the wedding is just simply bad luck and it worries me so much to start your marriage off with that omen" grandma said.
