So ,, i am insanely disappointed about myself. My whole 2018 was about losing and gaining weight. I started in April 2018 to lose weight with 64kg, but something did not really work out, so i have lost just 2kg in 3 months, but i could see results. Maybe i gained muscles.
BUT
During summer i gained 5kg. So i had to put all my energy into losing this gained weight. September - December. I lost 5kg. I dropped a few sizes, but in December i stared to eat gingerbread and cookies and suff and i just didn't care about my diet. So, in January i wanted to get back to my healthy diet but i couldn't manage it, because it was such a stressful month, same as February.
Why can't i just eat the food i want to ear? I don't wanna eat junk food and chocolate , but i do it anyways....
I also can't do sports right now, cause i have really bad aches in my back..
So... i have waisted a whole year now. I started with 64kg in April 2018, one year later i am still at the same.
I'm so depressed and disappointed....

But tomorrow is a new day, even Saturday. I will focus on my diet tomorrow. Really.
