Until the 10th of July, i wanna drop those kilos until at least 57kg.
Why 10.07.?
Because im going to the UK for 3 weeks on this day and i think it's doable until there.MY RULES:
-no eating after 6.30pm
-low sugar intake
-drink at least 2.5l-3l
-maximum: 1000kcal / day
-sunday = "cheat" day
-e👏🏼x👏🏼e👏🏼r👏🏼c👏🏼i👏🏼s👏🏼eI can't say no eating after 5pm because i come home everyday at 6pm from school, so mostly i have to eat after school then. Also with sports, i only can do sports after school and if i have to study after school, i unfortunately can't do them.
