So today was pretty shitty. I ate too much, because i have been in the city with my friend xd and we went eating and shopping, since we have had no school today.

breakfast: 1 small banana
total: 75kcal

lunch: asian all you can eat buffet
total: 450-500kcal i guess

dinner: -

snacks: ben&jerry's chocolate brownie ice cream (small one, 100ml)
McDonald's Cookie
Vanilla Coffe
total: 660kcal (oh my god xd)

today's calories: 1328

exercise: abs workout (10min) + 9066 steps

burned: 389kcal

Today was WAY too much. Tomorrow i'm doing better, i promise, i also ate meat and i didn't like it. I'm going on with eating vegetarian for the next weeks again, cause i don't feel comfortable anymore with eating meat and i don't really like it. I feel way better when i don't consume any meat, that's why i decided to not eat it especially in the fasting time.

Does anyone of you fast too?
