Since today has been my "cheat" day, i'm a little over my calorie limit, but i think that doesn't matter. I want to stay healthy and i don't want to eat too less or skip meals. I ate a little much breakfast today, because i stayed in a hotel and the breakfast there was so good. I also could not exercise, because i got sick yesterday at the concert.
