Zeraora stood tall. He roared, and his large army swarmed into the valley. Sheldon roared in response and our army charged. I lead the assault slipping between the cracks and leaping into the battle.

I charged head-on into my foes, they fell before my onslaught. I cleaved through enemy forces, a driving force, I was rivalled only by one, and he was coming straight for me. Pokémon charged him, he knocked them to the side or dodged them without breaking his stride.

He arrived in front of me and we engaged in an intense staring competition. He grinned and placed his face in front of mine. Saliva dripped from his teeth.

"Hello. Having fun?"

I snarled. "So much fun. How about I show you?"

He threw his head back and bellowed in laughter.

"Eager aren't we! Okay, let's begin!"

Final Boss Start!

We clashed violently. Countless Pokémon fell before our thunderous assault.

Neither side was winning. Zeraora was enjoying himself, his eyes grew wide and he laughed manically.

"Let's take this fight to new heights!" He scaled the immense cliffs and I climbed one opposite him. We arrived at two separate mountainous plateaus, I glared over the gap between us. He just laughed again.

"Loosen up Jacob, this war will go down in history, our battle will be... Legendary."

A Thunderbolt struck him and light up the sky. Legendary Pokémon started appearing on all sides. Suicune, Raikou, Entei, Manaphy, Shaymin, Celebi, Mewtwo and Genesect. The legendary birds, Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres also appeared and poured onto the battlefield. Marv, please hurry.

I had to buy more time.

I laughed and shook my head at my foe.

"You know what? You're crazy."

He frowned.

"Crazy?"

"Yeah, crazy. Mad, nuts, bonkers, insane. Crazy."

He growled, deep and low. "Is it crazy to do what needs to be done? Is it crazy to-"

"To murder millions of people, to cause the extinction of a species, to be the judge of Life and Death? Yes, yes, it is."

"Even if it's for the greater good?"

"Look around, we're at war here. War is never for the greater good, you may think it is, but it causes to much suffering to ever be good."

Zeraora snarled. "This isn't war, it's an extermination."

"You know I can't let that happen."

"Try and stop me!"

"Don't do it Champion."

He froze, looked at me with a new hatred and growled viciously.

"Champion, that's the name King Alcarmia gave you right? He gave you that name because he wanted you to be a Champion not a Tyrant!"

"The King is dead! Because of humans, they kill our planet, they hunt us, they had their chance. The die has been cast, their fate sealed, the era of humans is over."

They were moving quickly, they were almost upon us, I don't know how I knew but I did, I could feel them.

I grinned at the furious Pokémon.

"They're not done for yet."

Pokémon trainers burst from the tree-line, they ran towards the battle throwing Poke-Balls and shouting commands.

Zeraora roared. "It's no use, you're outnumbered and outmatched, I have Legendary Pokémon on my side."

He was right, we were losing.

I growled and again we began our one-on-one battle.
