Chapter 10

Your POV

After Iris settled in, you told her that she can explore around or just rest or do whatever just not get into Alastor's house or he might kill her because he doesn't like strangers snoopin.

You told her that you were to go and visit Al and she's fine with it and decided to sleep on her new cotton and purple flower bed that you grew instantly for her as she watches in amazement earlier.

You decided to stop by Al's house to steal another cookie to eat on your way to him.

As you near the busy city, a huge explosion slightly startled you since you were a little close. But you half expected it. This is hell after all.

You looked down and gasped in horror.

Eggbois littered the floor cracked and their eyes have 'x's on them like a dead cartoon.

You didn't see Sunny making you both relieved and worried.

You floated around looking for someone that's still alive in hopes of healing them for you cannot bring the dead back to life.

"Ms. Y/n!" You heard someone whisper call you.

You looked around trying to find where it came from until your eyes landed on an alley.

There, you saw Sunny peaking out nervously before waving to you, beckoning you over.

You quickly floated over and saw he had scratches but saw nothing too serious.

"Ms! We need your help quickly!!" He pulled you in.

"What happened??" You asked concerned.

"No time to explain, we need you now! I'll explain later!" He rambled quietly trying not to be so loud to not attract attention from the outside.

What you saw made your eyes widen in concern.

There on the ground is Sir Pentious himself. Hissing from the pain, a what seemed to be a huge piece of glass sticking out on his shoulder and side.

"My goodness!" You exclaimed quietly and quickly floated towards him.

His eyes are closed and his breathing ragged. You look at the injury and then the rest. Scratches littered his body, the only major injury is his shoulder and side. You breathed in before talking.

"I'm gonna pull the shards out and its gonna hurt. But I have to do it in order to heal you." You said to him softly. He merely grunted in response.

You took his hand and placed your other hand on his uninjured shoulder and gave both a gentle squeeze as you sat by his side, held a twisted vine by his mouth to clamp his screaming before looking at the worried Sunny.

You smiled at him before going back to Pentious and using your free vines to slowly pull out the shards. Being careful to not make the wound worse.

You slightly flinched as Sir Pentious bit down your vine and gripped your S/c hand tightly and his muffled screams rang out quietly.

You placed both of the shards down and took your vine from his mouth before pulling your hand away from his tightened grasp as he breathed in quickly.

He didn't let go of your hand so you used your free one to heal instead. Your position is a little awkward but hey, you get to heal him.

He slightly relaxed at the cooling of his wound as it slowly closes. And I meant slowly because you couldn't use your other hand.

You and Sunny sat there for at least half an hour until you heard someone talking outside the alley.

You looked towards the terrified Sunny before summoning more vines from your back and made a wall before camouflaging it to look like bricks and you motioned Sunny to be quiet and slightly made a small shush before continuing to heal the injured snake demon.

The talking began to grow quiet as they went further. You kept your wall up though just in case.

You managed to slightly close the wound, enough for it to be wrapped up in a gauze that you'll find later and started to heal Sunny.

Now that Pentious is completely unconscious, you managed to slip your hand out of his grasp. Man, that's gonna have a lot of bruise on it.

You didn't fully healed the snake demon since you're starting to get tired and you still needed to heal the poor eggboi and bring them back to their lair.

After healing Sunny you listened out to make sure no one's out there before floating a centimeter off the ground and peaked out.

Nothing but broken crap greeted you. You took that opportunity before scooping Sunny up in your arms and Pentious in your vines, careful with his wound.

You floated up and camouflaged yourself, Sunny and Sir Pentious before flying towards the alley where the wall door is.

It took you a while to find it from the chaos around but you managed.

You put Sunny down as the door opens for both of you and looking behind you to make sure no one followed before going in.

Your glowing eyes scanned the area as your vision switched from its original to a night vision like but for your tracking pollens and heat sensor instead.

You can see your invisible pollen glowing yellow on the walls, ceiling and floor as you now can see through the dark hall as if its lit up.

You continued forward before going down the stairs and floated onwards once again, being careful not to bump Pentious on the ceiling or the wall.

You continued floating before going up a set of stairs into another hall until you finally reached the wall door thing, it opening up after recognizing Sunny, and you going out towards the mansion.

You opened the two doors going in and setting Pentious on the couch carefully removing and putting his hat on the coffee table.

"Sunny, can you please go get me the first aid kit?" You asked.

He nodded and ran off.

After a few minutes, he came back with the said item and you took it from his stick like arms and began cleaning his wound through the tear on his suit before wrapping it up with a gauge.

What? You're a decent woman and you are not stripping him off of his clothes without his permission or unless its needed.

You sighed as you leaned back and examined your work. You smiled as you did very well before heading out of the door with Sunny in tow.

You both continued before you two finally were out and in the alley before you turned towards him.

"Watch over him and make sure he doesn't get his injuries worse. I'll be back." And as you received a simple nod and a cheery thanks from the little guy, you went out and floated back towards the chaotic place, hoping to find surviving eggbois.
