Chapter 20(part 2[goddang finally])

Your PoV

You can feel your blood soaking up the back of your clothes as some of them dried and became sticky as your vines instinctively tries to move away from each other so they wouldn't stick causing more blood to seep out.

"Can you stop your appendages from moving around? You're making it worssssee.." You heard him groan slightly as he looked at your back.

"I can't... I'm too distracted to command them at this point. Its basically trying to tell yourself to stop shivering in the cold.." You explained.

"I sssee..." He continued to his wall door thingy and you merely followed, smacking a few sinners with your vines on the way accidentally, but you couldn't really care at all.

You didn't even noticed when you arrived on his home until he talked to you.

"You should wash that. The bathroom is just around the corner by the stairs, they eggbois will take care of your clothing by then. There's also clean towels in there already." He explained.

You merely nodded and floated towards the bathroom with Sunny and a few others following you holding a basket.

You went in and stripped off of your clothing and placed it down and started your small little bath.

It stung a little but its hell so its nothing you're not used to.

You were having a little trouble at reaching the very roots of your vines where most of the dried blood were stuck and your poor attempts are only squeezing your skin to pour out more blood causing the water to turn red.

You heard a knock on the door but gave no mind to it saying come in, not caring if you're still naked since the tinted water hides your body anyway.

You heard a few things clatter on the sink counter as Pentious slithered in.

"Ssssstill not done?" He asked looking at the bloodied water then to you.

"I can't reach the roots..." You mumbled.

You heard him sigh as he went to get a damp cloth and looked at you for permission.

You just turned your back on him and spread out your vines for him to have more space to reach. Not that you mind, you would almost always accidentally pull your vines on things and Al would help you clean them up.

It felt good when the dried blood were wiped away since it was starting to get itchy.

Not even after five minutes, your vines were clean but that doesn't stop ur open wound from flowing out.

"Your ssskin got pulled pretty bad, I might need to cut it off before sewing it clossse.." He said.

'Well that's a first.. I've never had to have Al sew my vines or skin since it was never yanked by someone' you thought.

You nodded anyway as you heard him get up and go to the med kit he brought.

He took out a medical needle, some string, cotton balls and a numbing gel/cream before going back to you.

He wiped the blood away with one of the cotton balls and used the other to take some numbing gel and dabbed it on your wound. It took a few seconds before you can't feel your back anymore and it was weird because you can still kinda feel your vines but you can't feel the connection of the said tendons.

You can hear the snip of the scissor cutting away your hanging skin as he went to sew it.

He wiped the remaining blood away with the cotton and got up.

"I'm not bandaging that up since your vines are on the way. Ssso I suggest that you keep your hood off for now and let it dry sssso no infectionsss may go through the ssskin." He explained.

You nodded as he left to let you finish your bath while Sunny came back with your newly washed clothes and left.

You drained the tub as you went to dry yourself with a clean towel and put on your backless dress keeping your mini hood off for now and just holding it in your arms. You couldn't find a hair brush so you just combed it with your fingers and got out.

You found him sitting on the couch sipping coffee and reading the newspaper when the tv is literally right in front of him but didn't question it any further.

"Hey Sir Pentious.. Thanks for the help and stuff." You said awkwardly finally having your sense of mind back from being stunned earlier.

"No problem. I did owe you my life." He shrugged.

"Well I should be going now, I don't want any more trouble and my friend must be looking for me." You excused your self.

He nodded and let you go as an eggboi escorted you back to the alley and you bid goodbye as you went back home.

You're definitely not visiting Al for a few days with this stitch on your back.
