Chapter 7

Your POV

After having fun with the demons' corpses, AKA fertilizers, Alastor told you that he needs to go back to the city to do errands. Probably to broadcast peoples death or hell domination or something. You'll never know.

You were bored to death so you decided to go for a visit in pentagram city, hoping to meet Sunny once again, or better, that snake demon.

You floated around doing small loops in the air humming to yourself.

"Are you, are you~

Coming to the tree?

Where they strung up a man

They say who murdered three."

You can see the buildings as you drew near as you floated carelessly, not bothering to waste away your energy by scattering into floral pieces.

"Strange things did happen here

No stranger would it be

If we met at midnight

In the hanging tree~"

You hummed the rest of the song as you finally reached the dark alleyway.

You tried squinting your (E/c) and look through the dark, but it was futile. You could only sense heat and movements with your vines and you can't sense anything at the moment making you puff out your cheeks in frustration.

'Where did they go!?!?' You thought irritably.

You tried sensing your tracking pollens and realized that Sunny is literally just around the corner making you perk up.

You floated and dropped in front of him stopping right before your feet touch the floor scaring him and his egg buddies making the groceries fly off from their grasp but your vines swiftly caught all of them in one swift movement.

"SUNNY!!!" you grinned widely as you scooped him from the ground to your arms spinning the both of you around.

"Woah there Ms. Y/n!" He laughed holding his small top hat from falling.

You placed him down and looked at the other egg bois who looked startled and confused.

"I thought I'd never see you again! Also, I see that you kept the band aid!" You giggled.

"And who are these fellow cute petals?" You giggled more as you saw them blush. Oh how cute!

"Oh! Well, this is eggboi #66, #14 and #145!" He pointed to each individual eggbois.

"Nice to meet you all!" You offered a hand-and-vine shake and they gladly took your vines in their small hands making you smile even wider if thats even possible and squeal internally.

You gave them their groceries back and helped carry the rest because there were a lot and some are even heavier than Sunny and their relieved faces only proves your helping point more.

You were floating by them back to the alley and you were about to ask them as to where do they disappear when a yell and a grumble was heard.

"EGGBOIS!!! WHY WERE YOU–" he stopped when he saw you startled and taken aback seeing you by the small flower seeds.

He raised a brow at you as the hat did the same, you only smiled politely.

"And who might you be??" His voice lacing sass in every word making you chuckle.

"My, what sassy demon you are" you grinned as the eggbois hid behind you.

"My name's Y/n! Pleasure to meet you" you tilted your head slowly at him holding your hand out this time, still grinning but politely as you could anyway since you didn't want to scare him away.

"Sir Pentious..." He looked at your hand suspiciously then at you.

"C'mon, you wouldn't leave a gal hangin now would you? That's not cool" you said remembering his feed at the news as he seemed to be a hip try hard and you're taking that to your advantage.

He seemed to be still suspicious but took the challenge nonetheless and shook your hand firmly.

"I'll have you know that I certainly am 'cool', missy" he puffed out his chest closing his eyes with a hand on his chest. He seemed to be really self proclaimed and quite the narcissist.

"Anyway, I believe I remember you yelling out for these gentlemen *ahem*small beans*ahem*" you looked down behind you to see them holding their groceries tightly making you raise a brow.

"Why yesssssss. They've been running late as I needed some of my metal scraps which you are holding at the moment." He said flicking his tongue at the 'yes' part making you chortle a giggle.

"Well I'm willing to help carry them cuz that's what bros are for if you're willing to let me." You said shrugging a little. Sunny gave you a small smirk knowing what you're doing and you winked at them making the eggbois smile.

"Hmph!! Fine..." He grumbled slithering away as the rest of you follow.

You grinned widely as your free vines whipped around excitedly.

Sir Pentious' POV

That scent... That stream and floral scent. Its very faint, but I can still smell it. Where did I smell this again..?

I glance back to her seeing the flowery demon chatting with the eggbois.

Hmph! I'll show her cool.

We went through the alley as my scanner's camera recognize me and the eggbois making the wall seperate like a sliding door.

I glance back to her seeing her (E/c) irises glow along with her flowers around her head as I see her confusedly tilt her head.

I can see her free vines reaching out to feel around her surroundings.

'Can she not see in the dark?' I thought quizzically.

"Do... Do you need assistance navigating through the dark?" I asked awkwardly.

"That would be nice, yes please." She smiled through the dark.

I took her hand as the eggbois took her vines with their free hand.

I had never heard the word 'please' for so long without any sarcastic remarks or from the eggbois for so long it made me feel slightly nostalgic.

"Ms. Y/n there's stairs infront of you, not like you'll fall, but you might get lost in the ceiling" eggboi #47 said half joking but it still made her smile and chuckle.

"I can still see and feel your 'heat' so that won't be a problem much" she said.

We continue down the hall and through another wall door. And finally out the open field with my mansion standing inside a giant forcefield and hologram.

We were greeted by rest of the eggbois who's waiting outside.

She smiled at the eggbois who were waiting for us and set the scrap materials down hugging the four before turning to look at me with a glint and shimmer in her eyes.

"Well, thanks for letting me help and stuff. I hope to meet you in the nearby future Sir Pentious, eggbois. I'll be going now." She said.

"I'll be sending someone to guide you and open the wall doors. #47, you seem fond of her, why don't you go with her." I ordered stithering up the porch.

"You got it boss!" And with that, we went separate ways.

The rest of the eggbois nagging me and the three who she was.

Sighing, this is going to be a looooong day.
