"hey, sorry we're late. i had to give my mom a xanax to calm her down, she overreacted a little about the baby." lia explains as she comes into jack and madison's with her mom, dillon, and his parents trailing behind her. "a little? she chased me with a butcher knife!" dillon shouts. "maybe you deserved it." tyler laughs, causing dillon to glare at him. "it's so sad, almost everyone here is a grandparent but us." my mom frowns as she talks to kami and monte. "literally no one here is a grandparent besides sam and dillon's parents and lia's mom." nora tells her. "we made it!" madison rushes over to nina and takes landon from her as soon as they make it through the front door, "my little ball of sunshine!" "madison, maybe you should let landon's grandparents see him first." i suggest and she lets out a small laugh, "my bad, mr. and mrs. wilk. i'm just use to grabbing him as soon as nina walks in." she apologizes as she hands landon over to lori. "it's fine, honey. it's the same way with addie and nate." "because nate and mia were basically raising her before i got my life together." sam points out. "jack, give madison and i a baby." mrs. g demands, causing gilinsky to choke on his water, "i'm sorry, what?" "katherine, your son is not ready to be a father to my daughter's children." mrs. beer hisses. "you know what, tracy? my son is going to be a great father so shut the hell up!" "nah mom it's cool. i agree with her." jack tells his mother. "see, even he knows it." "you can't talk to her that way!" lori shouts. "why don't we all calm down?" mrs. johnson suggests. "stay out of this, jen, it doesn't concern you." "don't talk to jennifer like that." my mom snaps at lia's mom. "it's the battle of the moms." dillon laughs. "this is not how i expected christmas to go." madison groans, resting her head against g's shoulder. "i think some good news would lighten the mood." sam looks at nate and i. i nod and make my way to the guest bedroom madison hid my package in. there it was on the top shelf of the closet. i pull it out and open it up, putting the shirt on and pulling my jacket on over it. nate walks in and closes the door behind him before turning to me, "you'll never guess who just got here." "who?" i ask curiously. "stassie. she actually came to celebrate with addie." my jaw drops, "what? no way." "yeah, and she brought presents for her and the boys." it's a fucking christmas miracle.

"mama, look!" addie runs over to stassie, holding her hands out to show her whatever she was holding. "oh, its a..a.." she looks to sam for help and he smoothly crouches down beside them, "that's a beautiful picture, princess. who are those men though?" "daddy!" addie facepalms herself cutely. "mama an nana." "ohhh, i see it now." "yeah." she giggles. "can i see it?" lori asks and addie nods, handing it over to her. "oh, wow. i love what you've done with my hair! and just look at those earrings." addie smiles widely and lori kisses her cheek, "you're a true artist." "i honestly still can't believe she's here." i whisper to nate as we watch them. seeing sam and stassie get along and tend to their daughter together in itself was a christmas miracle. "me neither, baby." "hey, guys." we glance up and are surprised to find stassie in front of us. "can i ask you guys something?" "sure, what's up?" i ask. "um, okay so, i wanted to take addie to see stormi, chicago, true and the other kids at kris's but sam won't let her out of his sight so i was wondering if it was ok if maybe travis and kylie stop by your place with stormi on their way home? kylie just got addie a few things for Christmas and i know i haven't been the best mother but seeing kylie actually taking care of stormi rather than hire a nanny, i realized i was messing up with addie and i just want a chance to fix that." i look at nate and he shrugs, "it's up to you, baby." i suppose it wouldn't hurt if they came by for a few minutes. But instead i said, "sure, you can invite the whole family if you want." "thank you!" she rushes back over to tell addie the good news and nate turns to me, "you do realize that you just invited the entire kardashian family to our house, right?" "relax, babe. probably only kylie will even show up." i assure him.
