Endless Souls

The Spell

I go up to my Mom and Dad, giving them a hug then Wendy and Quinn. Seth shakes my Dad's hand then pulls me to his side.

"How much time do we have?"

"About 4 hours."

"That gives me time to do the boundary spell."

"No, I'll do it. You need to concentrate your magic and save your energy for the spell." I nod at Liv and we all sit down on the blankets set up.

Liv does the spell.

I get inside the bounderies and she seals it completely.

"Okay. I'm going. I'll be back. Liv, please do a protection spell over my family." I run into the fog. Soon I see the shadow of the statue that stands in the town square.

"Hello Demetria."

"Markos, I presume."

"In the flesh."

"So. It's 6:20."

"Yes. It is."

"That means I have 3 minutes to kill you."

"We've blocked your magic."

"Lucky for me I'm immune to all kind of magic." I feel the power rushing through my veins.

"Et converteret ad se converterent magicae spiritus. Et converteret ad se converterent magicae spiritus!" He takes a deep breath in and it starts raining, hard. I swirl the clouds to make lightning and it strikes every traveler in the town square. I wipe my nose and I find blood.

"Time to die bitches." I take the blood of my grandparents out of my pockets and I squeeze them. I press my palms on the sides of Markos' head.

"Omni virtute Doppelgänger vocat tuorum pagina fiat tibi! Omni virtute Doppelgänger vocat tuorum pagina fiat tibi! Omni virtute Doppelgänger vocat tuorum pagina fiat tibi!"

"No!" He knocks his elbow into my nose and I fall back. I tackle him to the ground and I punch him repeatedly. He throws me off him and I fall back and hit my head he kicks me in the side and I sweep his legs out from under him and he falls to the ground.

"You've taken my whole life away from me. I never got to be a kid. It's because of you. All of you Travelers. So I take this away from you." I put my hands on the sides of his head again.

"Et avertam cerebrum usque ad nihilum! Et avertam cerebrum usque ad nihilum! Et avertam cerebrum usque ad nihilum!" Every Traveler drops and for a minute I think I do it. Then everything spins. I fall to ground and I'm thrown into darkness.
