"Anyone know where she's been? She hasn't been active a lot..."
"I talked to her earlier, she seemed to be fine."
That's what they said.
Or what she'd hope they say.
Yet none of them seemed to notice the girls odd behaviour. Not one single person noticed.
It was odd for her to miss saying hi to everyone. Odd for her to not be there and be annoying. Yet they all seemed fine, as if nothing changed. She sat and watched. Not like she payed attention to what was actually going on but still the sinking feeling she got made her sick. She could just send a message. Why doesn't she?
It were as if something held her back. A force. A thought.
I'm just annoying. A burden.
She didn't want to ruin anyone's day again. Didn't want to be annoying. She popped in twice in two days. Less then 20 minutes all up. And of course she was most annoying at those times.
No wonder it's normal...I'm not there.
She hadn't even said good morning the past few days. Something she actually looked forward to each time she awoke. It was like greeting a significant other after each nights rest. It brought her so much joy. But lately, no ones on to greet her before she gets up. Someone always greets her, but it takes a bit. She's glad they still greet her, still say good morning back. They can't always be on. She understands. But change hurts, even the small things-especially the small things.
I'm too clingy.
Ah. Clingy. Show this girl the smallest bit of attention and she sticks to you like super mega glue. No really, she'll try keep her distance so she won't be annoying but ends up being that annoying clingy type. Like a bindi in a piece of clothing. Sure, the bindi sticks to the clothing, but that doesn't mean they were made to be attached to each other.
I'm too scared.
She can't even talk to someone. Her thoughts are always a mess. She's breaking her promise. Keeping it all in. God she wishes she wasn't breaking that promise. But she's scared.
"Hiya! Sorry I've been inactive a lot lately, just schoolwork c:"
"Hey Ann, that's okay."
They'll never know or care so what's the point in telling them anyway?
